Perfect location for Gosport Marina and within easy walking distance of main shops. Ample parking on site (and in street if necessary). A very friendly host.

Location was an easy walk to the town centre and Portsmouth ferry. The apartment had a smart TV and excellent Wi-Fi speed and coverage. Tea, long life milk and washing-up liquid were provided. Everything was spotlessly clean.
The building looked tired from the outside with peeling paint, giving a false impression of the quality of the interior.

The room was ready
The gentlemen who we met at reception was grumpy and insisted that I paid for the booking even though I insisted that the payment had already been taken by booking.com. Overall good but the payment issue was a problem and even after emailing the owner I still have not Any response about a refund
