Very well kept and cosy. Ease of access and parking.
Radiator in bathroom doesn’t work, may need bleeding and cold water tap in bathroom basin pressure very low. But nothing to really moan about.

Property had everything we needed for our weekend break and was upgraded to the top floor so my daughter don’t have to sleep in the sofa bed so she was happy
Nothing! Outside could do with a tidy up but inside the rooms are tidy and clean

The room was ready
The gentlemen who we met at reception was grumpy and insisted that I paid for the booking even though I insisted that the payment had already been taken by booking.com. Overall good but the payment issue was a problem and even after emailing the owner I still have not Any response about a refund
