location is great if you are in Gosport to do Clipper Training. The landlady is very friendly and accommodating. You do get a light breakfast consisting of cereals and toast.
I stayed at the guesthouse on 3 different occasions and enjoyed my stay, however I think that the guesthouse is not getting the best service from their cleaners. For instance the shower curtain is not replaced after a stay and is rather dirty. I also noticed that the drinking glasses supplied in the bathroom is rinsed rather than washed. Disappointing as I don't think the landlady is aware of these lapses by the cleaning staff.
