Room was clean enough. Key collection was easy.
The price hikes to over £400 whilst festival was on is ridiculous. The room was not worth even a third of that. Bathroom door doesnt shut. Shower tiny. Rooms and all common areas very dated. Desperately needs updating. Didn't see any staff during our stay. If youre desperate for somewhere to stay itll do, but dont expect much.
