Great location for the Historic Dockyard and shopping. Easy parking and access. The apartment itself is a little tired - plumbing was an unreliable and there was no access to balcony (it seems like they’ve maybe had issues with it breaking in the past!). The door was basically impossible to shut once opened. It got very stuffy in the living room, with the underfloor heating on and no open windows. The window in the second bedroom wasn’t sealed properly so there was a pretty substantial draft at night!! That said, we had a great stay and the price was right! (Wouldn’t have wanted to pay more though….

When we arrived Ken met as with apartment keys he showed as up to apartment which was lovely very clean lovely confirtable bed. Downsides no hot water not able to contact Ken or anyone over weekend as office only open mon to friday.no mugs for coffee had to use drinking glasses for coffee no toaster. We were facing back off building and trains were noisy till early hours off the morning.

Great location right next to harbour. Apartment good size however bit dated needs a freshen up. First apartment we had there was an old leak stain on the ceiling and issue with patio door. Luckily moved straight away to another apartment so the other room we had was much cleaner. Just think for money you should make sure that everything is to a standard before giving keys to someone. As on the first apartment when I arrived I saw that old stain from a leak in the bathroom and patio door was open and clearly not easy to shut. You should just put someone in the other apartment till fix small issues out and clearly why should it take more then one person to open a door.

Good points and bad. The check in was excellent, a helpful young lady who showed us the apartment and didn’t bother us again until reminding us of the check out procedure. The apartment was very clean, spacious, well equipped and ideally placed to visit Gunwharf Quays. However, the apartment is ground floor and the blinds were broken meaning the inner apartment is visible to those outside. Also the noise from the foyer next to the apartment and that outside the windows drifted loudly into the accommodation. You expect some noise but this was excessive late in the evening or early in the morning. This wasn’t helped by men outside using pressure washers to clean the paving. Starting shortly after six am was not pleasant if you fancy a sleep in.

Great location, spacious apartment. Needs some tlc and a refresh. Tin plates.replaced broken originals, melted spatula, weird stains on bedroom wall and carpet, shower head was so covered in limescale the water went in all directions and flooded the bathroom floor. Beds were a bit saggy and pillows either lumpy or like bricks. Parking is £15 a night.

Great location and easy booking. We were there almost a week so having an apartment was so much better than a hotel. The building was nice and felt modern. The unit itself could use some attention - the carpet was in bad shape and the mattress was worn and uncomfortable. But it was clean and we would likely book again for all the conveniences. It’s in a fantastic location and having parking in the building was great.

Great location. We parked our car and ventured out everywhere on foot. The flat had everything we needed, though more spices and condiments in the cupboard would be a bonus in future. The bed wasn’t the most comfy and I noticed the bedroom curtains had a stain, as we visited in the summer we were woken by the sun at 5am, black out curtains could have been a winner there. The train does pass nearby and you will hear the train noise. Aside from those small niggles, it was a largely great stay.

I am waiting for someone to call me back from hotel.com we drove for 5 hrs to get there and never stayed came home it had a terrible musky dirty smell. Quilt on the bed had yellow all round the edges & black dots on it .floor was all sticky too terrible this was for my husbands birthday so unhappy

Me and my Partner stayed in this apartment last weekend for 3nights. Location is good. Shopping is just next door gunwharf quays. The apartment itself isn’t that appealing compare to the pictures i saw on the internet, to think its very expensive like 100pounds a night. Nothing special about the property thats the best word for it. I’ve seen better. Overall we had a good work in Portsmouth as always.
