Providing salt and pepper was such a nice touch because nobody wants to buy these just for a few days. The apartment was really clean.

Underwhelming experience.

Location and comfortable bed.

This accomodation was compact and poorly laid out. The toilet was extremely small and entered via a challenging step down. We found several long hairs sporadically located throughout the weekend. The settee could do with a clean. We were in the Sellars apartment, having previously stayed in the Kipling apartment upstairs which seemed a better experience.

Location was ok and near where we needed to be.

We were unlucky as someone nextdoor was having a party on our 2nd night which was very loud. We needed bedding for the sofa bed but didn’t ask which we should have.

Uni Open Day weekend exploring

Super comfy beds, lovely well stocked kitchen condiments and utensils (bring some milk) fans in rooms as it’s warm.

The shower was a bit tricky to get in and out of, it was very slippy so a grippy mat to stand on would be good but I have one at home and these are tricky to keep clean. We all had to put our washbags on the floor in the bathroom and there is a lovely space for a stand or shelving of some sort to put them on, plus the spare loo roll rather than it be under the sink in the kitchen when you’re caught short. But it’s not a “don’t like” it’s just a recommendation. I thought it was a super little place and I’ll come again if I can

A nice little apartment, perfect for our needs

It was very nice and comfortable for what we needed. The parking was easier than expected for Portsmouth. It was very straight forward to use the door code so we didn't have to worry about arrival times.

The mattresses need replacing. The bed which is made up of 2 single bed (which I don't have a problem with) but the mattresses were different from each other, one is clearly well used and sagged a lot in the middle.

Excellent value for money

Smaller but cozy apartment in typical British neighbourhood. Quick and easy check-in via code. Giod location (3 minute to walk to the main street with shops, bars and bus station, 10 minute walk to the beach promenade). Well equipped for short stays, good and fast wifi. However, excellent value for money if you plan a short stay!

Old house, and older equipment in the apartment (squeeking floor and bed), might need some upgrade.

Brilliant thank you

Great host (Belle), very nice to speak to and always on hand to assist or offer advice. Electric fans provided to keep room cool in hot weather. Clean Towls, bedding provided. Comfortable dining room with TV, seating area with kitchen bench style table. Cooking facilities were good. 10 min walk to Promenade and 30 mins to dock yard. Parking cards provided, prices was very good compared to other locations.

Highly recommended apartment

Lovely apartment spotlessly clean.Everything you could possibly need for the stay was thereVery tastefully done. Good location to local pubs and cafes.About 10 minutes walk to the sea front. We managed to park on the road near by.They provide permits for £2.50 per day you only need them between 4.30pm and 6.30 pm The staff were lovely and so helpful would definitely stay here again.

Accudo house boutique review

Close to really nice bars and restaurants The location was quiet at night 10 minute walk to the sea front Parking right outside at a reasonable rate Kitchen was OK for a weekend And priced reasonably.

The toilet was very small, and the separate bathroom was of the main bedroom. The entry system didn't work. Someone had to let us in and got us the correct code. A general observation, it's not very clear from the pictures that you're getting. There's a number of apartments in the building, and it would have helped to see exactly what you were getting

Great location for what we needed - very close to Albert road for bars / restaurants. We had a slight issue with no hot water but this was very promptly resolved - great service from the agent.

Just one issue. Our apartment had a separate toilet and shower. And the shower was only accessible from one of the 2 bedrooms which was a bit awkward for us as a group.

Great location, we walked to several things and enjoyed the stay.

Great position, Bed was very comfortable, shower had interesting controls (for us), but was good once you got it sorted. Kitchen facilities were very handy

The bed frame or springing was very noisy, the sink plug and reading lights were useless. Parking spots on the street were hard to find and we had to pay between 4 and 6pm.

Perfect for a short stay in sometimes sunny Southsea

Belle was very accommodating and really helpful before we arrived, and once we did we found her instructions to enter the property clear and concise. We stayed in the Kipling suite (lovely literary nod with authors names for each of the rooms) and were happy with the cleanliness and facilities available. Having stayed for a couple of nights, we enjoyed the amount of space for four, in terms of seating and rooms. Express supermarkets were literally around the corner, with the beachfront, station and the cafes and bars of Southsea all within a 20-30 minute walk. Perfect for a short stay and apparently already planning another visit!

Beds were a little creaky but soft. Layout to enter the property, particularly door to suite, was a little tight and up two flights of stairs, so may not be the best choice for people with accessibility issues.

Had a request and host couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating we were so thankful and appreciative. Loved the rustic quirky feel to the rooms. Home was secure felt safe. We loved it here.

Great location, perfect for a short trip!

Lovely place to stay, clean, well maintained and communication prior to arriving was good. Only small issue I would say was that I wasn’t able to lock the apartment door from inside, as a single parent travelling with children this meant I had sleepless nights wondering if someone could enter our apartment if they knew the door code, a inside bolt would rectify this issue! Otherwise great location and perfect for what we needed! Will stay again

A comfortable retreat in Southsea.

Great central location close to a supermarket and restaurants. Ideal for anyone needing to stay in Southsea for business or for exploring the area. The property's host was super-helpful and efficient and the door code was easy to use. The room was spotlessly clean and so was the communal entrance/reception area. Easy walking distance from Fratton station and to Southsea Common and esplanade. Recommended.

The best stay in Portsmouth

We loved the room. It was stylish, comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely book there again if we ever went to Portsmouth again. We were near amenities and only a bus or a 40min walk to the harbour (Gunwalf Quays).. The staff and the Host were fantastic. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was spacious.. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

It sufficed.

The location was great. We were attending a friend’s wedding and chose the place knowing where the festivities would be. It happened that the street was also where the main shops were.

The place was not dirty, but it wasn’t clean. The mattresses sagged, the water pressure was lacking, the floors creaked, the wainscoting along the floorboards were coming apart, especially in the toilet.

The flat had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable.

The shower kept stopping whilst in the shower, the kitchen tap was hot water. Check out at 10.

Clean, good location but a little compact for our group

Belle was a wonderful host - quick to respond, really helpful. Accudo House was a great location for shops and bars/restaurants, immaculately clean and we found parking easily. We were going to Goodwood and the train to Chichester is close by so it worked perfectly for us. The decor in our apartment was themed and very lovely.

We were 4 guests in the Sellers Suite which was a compact apartment. The only shower was in our bedroom and the only toilet was off the lounge where our friend was on a sofa bed. It was ok for our short stay but think the logistics of it would have been frustrating for a longer stay (or on a trip where you don’t know your travelling companions so well!) I would stay again with my partner or book two if a group. Out of Belles control but the weather was extremely hot and even with fans we found it difficult to sleep!
