Clean, bed was super comfy. Ease of entry and location to the main street for bars, food, etc.
Only materialistic really, but the main bedroom would benefit from a large screen TV to enjoy lazy day, night on the super comfy bed.

Location was great. Close to city centre and seaside. Parking is also convenient
Floorboards in our apartment were very creaky. We were on the top floor and felt so uncomfortable walking in the night due to the noise disturbing guests downstairs.
The bed in the master bedroom was also very uncomfortable and squeaked with every little movement. I expected better quality beds considering what I paid

Property was easy to find and really clear directions to access. Close to local shops and can walk to the sea. Very clean and tidy and comfortable.
