Very nice. Would stay there again.

Great location for shops, restaurants and attractions. Very clean and spacious. Off street parking.

Bedroom is at the front and the traffic noise was disturbing. Didnt sleep well. Would put the bedroom at the back and livingroom at the front to solve this.

Home away from home.

Location, comfort and design of accommodation. We stay in two different properties as we extended our stay. The team were very professional and warm and worked together with good communication to prepare our second accommodation super fast; most appreciated. 💕

We really didn’t see much not to like. If anything at a push I would say that the kitchen equipment/utensil in both properties needed to be more varied. For example, wooden spoons, pasta strainer and average size cooking pots. First property, may be consider a lively carpeted rug on floor in bedroom between bed and bathroom.

It had everything that we needed and we normally stay in flat 1 so was a little disappointed by the smaller size of the one we stayed in.

Everything is fantastic apart from the bed was quite uncomfortable and the headboard was very very loosely attached.

The use of the apartment and help if it was needed. Everything on site. It was clean.

I didn't like the floorboards creaking in apartment above constantly, it felt like someone was in the house or coming down the stairs.

Amazing location, not loud at night super peaceful and the parking was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. Very clean also.

Good place to stay good value for money and a kind owner

Lovely property spacious and a good location. The owner is very kind and allowed me to have an extra 30 mins to check out since we travelled a long way the night before.

My only small issue was the pillows were very flat and a bit bumpy. And the bedding didn’t smell very fresh.

The property is very well equipped, close to where we needed, lots of little shops near by.

The heating was a little rubbish and didn’t work very well, but they provided a heater to heat the room up with so was all okay.

Nice but cold in the winter

It was very clean and the furniture was comfortable .It was easy to find but paking was a bit tricky as the place itself not too long. Luckily, my little honda Jazz was just about to fit in.I would say this is a basement flat instead of a ground floor flat. Although the heatings are worked in every room but despite of that it was very cold in there especially the floor. In the main bedroom, the window sounded like it was open, /I Checked it was locked but obviously its need some insulation around it./which wasn't pleasant because of the cold and also because of the noise from the nearby pub, what made us awake in the middle of the night. The bathrooms were very nicely refurbished,sadly, the pressure of these electric showers was very weak. Good communication with the host and about 15 walk to Gunwharf Quay.

Disappointing

Clean and easy to access

Quite a few reviews about an inadequate mattress on the bed. Hosts had said they take feedback on board in response to these reviews, however the mattress was awful, so thin and lumpy. Sofa bed was also very hard. Spoilt the stay as sleep is essential. There is road noise however this is assumed being on a main road

Great little flat with parking

Great little flat to explore Portsmouth as there was a sleeper couch option for my 3 year old, The parking space provided was a bonus as parking rates were daylight robbery. Standing fan was appreciated in this heat. Two bathrooms was a nice suprise to help with keeping up potty training, There was also a variety of bedding to keep everyone comfy. There are also loads of takeaways within walking distance we would recommend Umami Street Eats.

Dirty Dishes discovered 1st morning making breakfast. Bedroom Blinds let in morning light. No shelves in the kitchen for food or the bathroom for personal items. No normal telly and only BBC i-player was available for viewing.

Great location close to everything, I would recommend if you’re a couple staying over for a night

Great location if you don’t mind staying by a busy road. Parking very good, we were allowed to park our car earlier than 3pm, also good and straight forward communication with the host.

Bed sheets not changed after previous guests, sofa bed not suitable for sleeping over only for relaxing, therefore not suitable for 3 people especially not for a child (my son 4)! sofa not hoovered, lots of crisps pieces

It was large, good value, staff were helpful, The location was good especially with parking.

The flat was clean with two good showers.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the property was on a main road with very poor sound insulation. Constant traffic noise throughout the night. The flat was clean at least. The parking was very tight in front of the property. Perhaps I should have expected less for the price.

Location was great, bus stops outside and opposite, didn't need to use the car once parked in the allocated spot. Apartment was clean and adequately spacious, with 2 bathrooms
