Lovely layout and plenty of room.
Nice outside area to sit in.
Plenty of toiletries and loo paper.
A little bit noisy with people upstairs during the day.
Parking was tight, but we managed, given we had a small car.
Bed was only a double size, so snug!

A great flat, located only a short walk from the sea front, with a nice outdoor seating area. It was really helpful to have all the little extras like tea and coffee and washing powder and scooters and skateboards for the kids. Really appreciated the off street parking and the helpful owners.
Bathroom was quite compact, but still functioned well. When using the bed in the living room, could maybe do with a blind on the kitchen door to cut out a little of the daylight - but this was really resolved with a sleep mask.

Everything was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equiped and there was a useful selection of bits & pieces (tea & Coffee etc) to get us started. Very handy to have a off road parking space. Use of beach toys, etc. for sunny days. Good selection of books and games for wet days. Even a very pleasant and sheltered patio area at the back of the house.
A brighter and more easily accessable bedside lamp in the main bedroom would be good.

We appreciated the off road parking. Overall clean, good location. Lots of games and dvds to choose from if needed.
It felt very small. Double bed was tiny for 2 adults so we slept on the singles in the front room. Very basic kitchen but functional. It is in the basement so lacked light and airflow. Lacked comfort. However it was less money than others in the area so you get what you pay for.
