The accomodation was spacious and comfortable. Reasonable accessibilty, as part from two steps from the porch down into the apartment, everywhere was on one level. Bed was comfortable and there was an extra area with a sofa, useful for storage. The lounge was comfortable, in terms of the bed settee plus two chairs and the TV had netflix. The outside area was quite big adding a feeling of extra space. The shower was effective in the bathroom. The location was very convenient for the beach and not too far from all that Portsmouth has to offer. The host was very accommodating.

The kitchen was quite basic and needed upgrading, particularly the very small two ring hob. Similarly, the bathroom needed a new toilet seat.. Overall the positives outweighed the negatives.

Great place and Richard was very helpful. Great location the apartment had everything would stay again.

We appreciated the off road parking. Overall clean, good location. Lots of games and dvds to choose from if needed.

It felt very small. Double bed was tiny for 2 adults so we slept on the singles in the front room. Very basic kitchen but functional. It is in the basement so lacked light and airflow. Lacked comfort. However it was less money than others in the area so you get what you pay for.
