2 bed 1st floor Apartment-own entrance & parking

The property was very clean, and comfortable was very well equipped with everything you needed, So overall was very impressed

All I can say really that it stated 1st floor apartment, which I would have thought it would be on ground floor but wasn’t but wasn’t an issue for us but could be for people with disabilities

Great location for us for getting to our party venue, everything within walking distance, and regular bus service a 2 minute walk from the apartment. Light and airy, tidy and generally well appointed. Lots of handy-to-have amenities, hairdryer, fans, iron, etc. Parking was easy, maybe we were lucky, might be more challenging during the summer months, 24 hr permits were provided which was excellent.

Info folder - bit of a mess and hit and miss! Would have liked clearer instructions for some of the appliances (TV was a challenge, didn't use it in the end). Basic local knowledge info always helpful, bus numbers for example, recommendations for pubs, restaurants..... A bit noisy at night, like to have windows open for ventilation, so late night revellers' chatter very audible, but manageable. Range of kitchen utensils a bit on the skimpy side if you want to self cater, just about adequate for 2 days, but would have struggled if we'd stayed longer and cooked in situ

Very clean, quiet, there was a folder with all the information about the appliances so I knew how to work them. The beds were comfortable, everything was very tidy.

The only thing was the shower, I wish there was a grab rail as it got quite slippery.

Location was excellent to visit family. Bed was comfortable, and kitchen well equipped. Heating worked well.

The shower was terrible- the head and whole unit needs replacing. The bathroom ideally needs renovating to give more space- remove the bath, have a large shower unit across the end wall, and move the toilet next to the sink. Other renovations should be to the floor in the hallway- the boards slip at the bottom of stairs. Also edging of floor near kitchen is broken. And extension socket that tv plugs into has come away from the wall.
