Comfortable apartment

My second stay in this apartment. Very clean, warm and comfortable in an excellent location. Found on street parking easily. Excellent, speedy communication from the owner. I'm sure I'll be back to stay again in the future.

Absolutely brilliant! Home from home and felt very relaxed and comfortable. Would 100% recommend and will be rebooking

The property is spacious and has all you need available for 1 night or a few nights. Comfortable sofas and beds. Well made and maintained, very clean. Host is exceptionally good at communication and we had no questions. Permits available to park nearby.

The bathroom is a bit of a squeeze and if you are of a larger stature you likely won’t be able to use the toilet although fine for us. The main light in the lounge is the only option and it’s very bright. A little lamp in there would be sufficient for a relaxing evening on the sofa.

Very clean, had everything needed for a nights stay would make a great base comfy bed

No milk for coffee in the morning, even a could of those uht ones would be nice, but did have other essentials there so very minor. Parking i was lucky but assume can be hard.

Spacious and comfortable - lovely stay!

A spacious and clean apartment. Excellent value for money. The owner gave clear instructions and we could park close by. The amenities are lovely - perfect for a self-catering family visit. Lovely beds and linen. Kitchen amenities are very good too. We enjoyed walking around in the area and to visit bars nearby. Highly recommended.

A bit far from the harbour area, but that doesn't matter as this is also great as a pit stop if you are travelling along the coast. Another reading lamp (also for ambience) would be perfect in the living room.

The toilet next to the bath doesn't exactly have enough space if you're a bigger gentlemen. Not much the host can do I expect but be wary if you're on the larger size

Good value for money, central location, had everything we needed.

I found parking easily late on a Saturday afternoon and used the parking permit supplied. It's a 15/20-minute walk to Waitrose to get supplies for dinner, Co-op was closer, but we wanted a bigger shop. The apartment entrance was on Margate Road up a flight of steps, has nice high ceilings, was cosy in the evening and we watched movies on the big flat screen TV. I had two things I needed support with, and the owner was really polite and helpful and sorted things out so quickly. It's a measure of good service when little issues are dealt with so promptly and politely.

Nothing - good value for money. Good location for us, as we just wanted something central, spacious for two adults and a teenager, with on-street parking and weren't worried about sea views, etc.

Just what we needed, thanks!

Great little place, just what we needed for our one-night visit. Master bedroom is large, everything else is pretty compact but still had everything we would want. Parking was easy and the host provided a 24 hour permit. Furniture is comfortable. All in all a pleasant, conveniently located little flat :)

The flat is lovely, nice and clean and has everything you need. Perfect as well with parking as we got given a 24 hour permit so when we arrived we had 3 hours free parking before we came back and checked in. The location is near to the town and to where we went for dinner too. If you want to walk to the gunwarf quays and boats it takes about 25 minutes but there's also parking there so easy to drive too. Was a bit of noise with people walking past but we had the windows open a little and it didn't ruin our nights sleep. Also a fan in the bedrooms and it's right near a local shop too. Would definitely stay again

Great for an overnight visit.

Location was excellent to visit family. Bed was comfortable, and kitchen well equipped. Heating worked well.

The shower was terrible- the head and whole unit needs replacing. The bathroom ideally needs renovating to give more space- remove the bath, have a large shower unit across the end wall, and move the toilet next to the sink. Other renovations should be to the floor in the hallway- the boards slip at the bottom of stairs. Also edging of floor near kitchen is broken. And extension socket that tv plugs into has come away from the wall.

Lovely quiet, comfortable weekend break

Lovely, clean, small but well equipped apartment in Southsea. Everything you needed for a short break. Quiet street. Perfect location, 15 mins walk from Fratton train station. An excellent base for visiting my daughter who is at the University. Excellent communication from the hosts, would happily book again.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to book the accommodation again in the future if needed.
