Checking in and out was easy, and communication was good. The facilities were as described and the room was clean and comfortable.
The window in my room (room D) looked like the wood was rotten, and some of the panes of glass appeared to be held in with masking tape. As a result, I didn't want to risk trying to open the window.

Property was very clean, excellently located only couple minutes walk from station and to the harbour. On the doorstep to all local attractions, eateries and shopping centre.
Television did not work on Room D. Bathroom a little tired on first floor.

The room was clean, not quite like the pictures but passable and definitely value for the money. Not too far from the harbour so it was ok. The kitchen was clean. The toilets were clean but did not have toilet rolls!!
So you enter through a back door, the first thing you are welcomed with is the strong odour of rotten trash and bin bags as if you have entered a slum. The smell sticks, it followed everywhere, get in and out of the property- you can’t avoid it. Otherwise, it could have been a far better experience. I had to leave a day early.
