Okay, not great.

Bathroom was nice and the apartment was tidy.

Communication was very poor, they held the booking at ransom for a £100 deposit through a third party website that didn't work - when that website failed to work, an £80 deposit was sent, which then took over three weeks to get returned to us despite frequent emails requests. The apartment was conveniently located for the dockyard, but had plenty of people loitering outside and fighting. The bed was comfortable but the sofa bed was unsleepable due to how uncomfortable it was. The owners rules ban alcohol in the apartment too. The kettle had to be plugged in and set on the floor as there was insufficient space/cord length on the counter.

The location was near the city centre which was good

The mattress on the bed was appalling and very uncomfortable. As soon as we sat down on the bed we could feel the springs. The mattress is clearly worn out and needs replacing as it is not in a suitable condition to be slept on. The kitchen area was dirty the stove was dirty and unclean with dirty dishcloths around the sink. The duvet was on the floor inside the closet which meant we had no duvet. We were left with one toilet roll which was not enough for 2 nights so proceeded to buy our own. The building that the apartment is in was misleading as it looks like a crack den with multiple drug users hanging around and coming in and out of the building. Therefore the apartment was not good value for money as we paid a lot and expected adequate living conditions. The pictures are misleading on the site and should’ve included a more thorough description of the location of the apartment as well as facilities inside.

Good location.

Double bed was the smallest double ever. The mattress was very poor, few springs in it kept making a lot of noise and were uncomfortable. The sofa bed was also small. The light switch at the entrance didn't work. Cost associated bit high for property with no parking.
