Because is a very comfortable and clean place, have all the stuff you need, the bed line are very clean.

The bedroom being in the top , but that was after a very long day standing !

Large kitchen and dining area, plus access to the patio area. Full facilities in the kitchen plus plenty of cooking utensils. All rooms were spacious and light. Beds were comfortable and clean bed linen. Bathroom good size with separate shower unit. Two toilets were great. Spacious area when you came through the main door. Very good bus service on the main road to many places, if you did not want to drive.

Accommodation was over three floors not mentioned in the advert. Parking is on the road. TV reception

The downstairs areas had been recently refurbished and every convenience was at hand.

The bathroom had been recently re-furbished but the shower was, frankly, atrocious! The cubicle was tiny and broken, the flooring was not suitable, the shower itself was unusable as with far too hot and the temperature could not be adjusted. I discovered that it could be made bearable by turning the water temperature down on the boiler - having not received any response from the host The upstairs floors and doors creaked (more noticeable in the night and early morning when trying not to wake others. Upon returning to the house on the second night, the ground floor was overrun with ants - this continued throughout our stay. They also appeared on the worktops. Parking is very difficult, despite what the listing states. If you are not parked up by 4.00pm, be prepared for a long walk!
