No free parking even though says that in the name of the room Heating didnt work was freezing cold the whole time Rear gate doesnt shut so wide open the whole time Place was falling to pieces bits hanging off the doors Terrible decorating looks like a drug house Waste of money do not book

STAY AWAY

The location was good

Overall horrific experience would advise everybody to stay away, absolutely filthy property and the kitchen smelt horrific. The floor in the bedroom downstairs was peeling up which my 6 year old fell over and had to go to hospital for his arm, the facilities were dirty and unusable. The beds were like sleeping on a pile of springs, the decoration was tacky and not even finished. Cigarette ends all over the back garden and rubbish bags filling the from garden, the bath was thick with dirt and there was pooh marks in the toilet. I havent heard anything from the owners in regards to resolving my issue, I would not stay here again in a million years. Do not believe the photos because the property looks the complete opposite, I didnt even stay our last night i couldn't put myself or my family through it for another night!

Worst stay ever

The only good thing about the place is that it was warm.

The shower is basically unusable and dribbles water out. The flooring is coming up and a trip hazard all around the house. Paid for use of a hot tub that didn't even manage to heat above 24c the whole time there and kept tripping. Zero appliances PAT tested and stickers 7 years out of date. Garden not secure for dogs and hole in fences into properties next door. Light in downstairs toilet doesnt work. Dirty tissues behind the beds. Lamps in rooms left unplugged because there are zero sockets near by. Plates and cups in cupboard dirty. Microwave had old food splattered all over the inside. Bath panel in upstairs bathroom falling off. The doors are falling apart. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY.

Very minor, the grassed / muddy area by the back door means you end up walking mud through the property.

Rubbish outside where the bin men hadn’t been yet. Had the wrong key safe code, easily sorted with a telephone call.

Avoid at all costs

Close to centre of portsmouth.

Rats in the garden. Weeds 4ft high. Dangerous as wires hanging everywhere and a burnt out multi extension plug in kitchen. Dirty floors. Peeling wallpaper. An oven that took over an hour to heat up. Stained bath & sink. Rubbish shower that was hard to control heat/cold. Untidy and unkept. Not fit for rental. And definitely not as described in advert on booking.com.

Cleanliness, No lock in upstairs & downstairs toilet, No light in downstairs bedroom & downstairs toilet. Parking wasn't great. One parking only inside the property's back garden. Parking access wasn't convenient.

communal areas, lounge dining and cooking facilities very limited, single shower in poor working order for up to 8 guests, poorly maintained garden (hot tub area), basic, poorly finished and maintained interior
