We were quite comfortable and coped with a new environment - part of the "holiday" experience!
Happy with the location- on bus route a great feature. Heating etc excellent.
Shortage of storage in kitchen needed. The shortage of bowls for cooking Poor washing line - needs a prop(?) Two or more items produced much "sagging" ! Had to request scales but missed an electric stick blender

Good stay for 4 with remarks
Entire house with good beds in main sleeping rooms and two clean bathrooms. Comfortable living room with cosy L-form sofa and separate extra toilet. House allows many to sleep in 4 bedrooms but eating space is very limited. With 4 people we were, there was just enough space at a sticky kitchen table. Kitchen equipment was very good. Washing machine is available and wash can be put up for drying outside on an installed cord. The front yard of the house has space for one car which is very good given the small street.
The dining table in the property photos is actually a covered billiard table and too high practically to eat comfortably (even being taller then average). There is a garden on the backside, which is good, but probably not really meant to be used: there is only a rotten picnic table-bench and the rest needs attendance. The view onto the one side of the property is not nice: an abandoned house and garden with graveyarded old cars.

Grove House Gosport Fab Stay
The fab welcome and tour from Ken. The welcome pack; tea, coffee, milk,biscuits was also gratefully received and a lovely touch. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Plenty to do with board games, TV, pool and table tennis. We also hired a hot tub. So close to local park and lovely walks. Went into Gosport and went onto ferry to Portsmouth. Location also great to travel to shopping centres, nature reserves, naval sights, supermarkets etc. We loved the whole experience.
