Central Gunwharf Quays Two Bedroom apartment

Ideal location for shopping at Gunwharf. Clean and tidy and had everything we needed as a group of 3 travelling together.

Very small thing but no handsoap in bathroom. There were other toiletries but soap would have been handy.

Comfortable and clean. Excellent location near to shops, restaurants and other points of interest.

Instructions were confusing with finding the entrance. Would be easier to find if location of entrance was explained as opposite train tracks as we were looking by holiday inn.

Perfect location, kitchen was well fitted. Nice touch with shower gel shampoo etc. Fans provided if you get too warm, quiet building. Well decorated apartment.

- There was only a couple of latte pods in the kitchen (not a massive problem but would be nice if there was a couple more especially where there were 3 of us) - Toilet flusher was hanging on for dear life. - TV doesn’t have any actual tv channels so could only watch on demand (netflix which was provided, bbc player, youtube etc).

It is well located.

We stayed in property number 81. We were three guests but only two towels were available when we arrived. There was no bath mat available. The door handle to the main bedroom fell off. Two of us got locked into the bathroom and needed assistance from the outside to get out. There were plant leaves in the kettle and some of the cups, plates and cutlery were dirty. The string on the blind in the living room was broken. The following morning, I opened the dryer in order to dry one of our towels and discovered that it was full of linen. None of this was acceptable.
