Central Southsea Duplex Apartment 2BR Parking Dogs

Roxanne helpful & was available to answer any questions. NIce and spacious living area down stairs. Courtyard, complete with windblown rubbish :) Full kitchen, with clothes washing as well.

It's an interesting apartment, part of a bigger complex. Unfortunately some of the other tenants don't rate cleanliness highly as there was quite an unpleasant aroma outside this apartment's entrance which was looking a bit tired & could do with some maintenance. It looked like someone had vacated the apartment in a hurry, lots of partly used toiletries, cleaning gear & foodstuffs still around. Even children's toys! Car park quite tight, but managable. We had two cars & had fun looking for somewhere safe & secure for the second one as the spare park (which did not get used while we were there!) was not available.

The property was a home away from home. Gorgeous features that make you feel so welcome, the host clearly has so much pride within the place. We loved the cosy atmosphere of the place, the patio was a lovely extra. Having an en-suite. This place was truly perfect. Roxanne has gone to such lengths to provide a beautiful service and I loved it.

had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Portsmouth. From the moment we arrived, I felt completely at home. The apartment was very well equipped, clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near shops, which made everything so easy for our family. My children were happy  They loved playing with the toys provided in the apartment, and every night they were excited to discover books to read before bed. These thoughtful little touches made our experience even more special. A big thank you for everything and for being such a great host. We truly enjoyed our stay, and I will definitely come back again. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Portsmouth!

It's homey, spacious and walking distance to most things. The price is good for what you get. It's not hotel 'perfect' but it's a home away from home. The host was great, she was available when I needed and generally all round kind. I come to Portsmouth quite a few times and I will be checking availability when I next come.
