Value for money.
Very good position for access to shopping, pubs and restaurants… can park up and not have to use the car until home bound. Great walking distance for Navy home coming events . Parking permits provided . Comfortable stay. Also Alexa was very amenable when our arrangements were adjusted close to arrival, which could have impacted our entire stay .. so thank you again for replying promptly and supporting with this.

Great location
The location was excellent and there was parking right outside for the duration of our stay. The host responded extremely quickly to the television not working and we had a new one by the next morning. The kitchen was lovely with plenty of utensils and pans etc with a big table that we could all gather round which was great. There are plenty of pubs, shops and restaurants around and a large shopping centre literally 5 mins walk away along with Portsmouth Harbour station. I would definitely stay here again.
It was a little cold upstairs in the evening even after adjusting the heating. A guide to the recycling would have been helpful as each area has its own scheme so we weren't sure what could or could not be recycled and when collection day was etc but overall absolutely nothing major and I would definitely recommend staying here.

There were no instructions for things like rubbish disposal and the oven didn't work and the cooker kept tripping the electric.

Excellent value, location, hosts and space.
Fantastic value, excellent hosts, 3 bedrooms with kitchen, lounge, patio, table and full kitchen, a bathroom and a downstairs WC. Excellent location for Gunwharf quays and the dockyards. Quiet road. Parking directly outside. Host very accommodating. Couldn’t ask for more really.
