Would not stay again
The only good thing about this apartment is the location!
The apartment is dirty, starting with walking in-you are overwhelming by the smell of dirty carpet /socks. Leading to the front room you are ment with a stain ridden sofa, which makes you feel disgusting when sat on. Windows are not closing properly allowing cold to come through, meaning heating needs to be on all the time. On to the kitchen smell of urine, everything was dirty include plates, cutlery, glasses, etc. Mould around the bath shower is leaking which is cause wood roat. The bath had a scum line around it and needed to be cleaned before use. Jacuzzi was nice but the area around it had decaying leafs. P. S if you are thinking to stay here - don't!

Wifi Not provided and No Accountability
The location is excellent. You can't find anything better than this if you go Portsmouth for the Historic Dockyard.
Contrary to what was advertised, no wifi for all 3 days of stay - there was a router but ac adaptor was inexplicably missing. Extremely disappointed as the plan was for children to play TV game online, mother to watch Netflix and father to watch Premier League games at night. On the 2nd day they sent someone and said the staff was new and unable to solve with it, and then the manager was not there so no arrangement could be made. I expressed the disappointment and initally I was told to email them about compensation after the stay and they would reply within the week. It turns out it's just paying lip service. I sent an email, but no reply even by Friday. By weekend I send them another message. On 1.Nov they said they would reply within 10 working days. By 20.Nov, no reply again. They ruined my family weekend trip and the follow up is nothing but empty promise. Absolutely disappointed.

Good location and the vendor gave us parking permit so used the street parking for our stay which was very useful.
