Lovely pre Christmas stay with the family.

Loved we all had our own bathroom . There was plenty of space. Kitchen is well equipped. It was lovely having milk in the fridge on arrival. It was dressed for Christmas too. Brilliant.

Maybe an extra sofa. If we were all in the sitting room some people had to sit on the floor or on dining room seats. But this is a minor thing.

The property was spacious but not really suitable for smaller children.

Overall the house met our needs, the garden was lovely and big and pretty secluded. We used the large barbecue although did have a little trouble lighting it.

The location wasn't the best as we had 2 dogs and there were no dog walks nearby. The beach was a longer walk than advertised. It would have been nice to have a slide or a swing in the garden for the little ones. There wasn't enough seating in the lounge for us all to sit in the evening. The games room was damp and smelt musty and no room to move around the pool table to take shots. There was no wi fi.

Very good

Very comfortable and spacious. Good sized bedrooms and very comfortable beds; showers worked well. Large outside area with plenty of seating available. Very well equipped kitchen. Would certainly stay again.

Only real problem was the fridge and the freezer, they looked great but were extremely difficult to open!! The Pool table was ok, but only one cue had a tip, and it was in the basement which was a bit musty and cold.

We had an amazing time.

Great location and lovely house with a very well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfy, showers worked well. There was a variety of games available for us too.

All of the important things were clean (i.e. kitchen, showers, sinks and toilets) but some other things were a bit grimy (i.e. blinds).

Really good - would recommend!

This was perfect for our needs. We were a group of 12 and there was plenty of space with a brand new kitchen and a games room as well which was a real plus. The property was located a 20 minute walk away from the ferry to Portsmouth and we enjoyed exploring the local area. Plenty of parking too.

A couple of paint touch ups needed here and there, but the property was well presented overall.

Christmas with the family, from 9 months old to 94, worked for everyone perfectly.

Super comfy beds and linen, bedrooms were all a great size. Spacious, homey, great for a relaxed family get together Close to shops Pool table was a big hit Thank you for the Xmas decorations, lovely touch :)

Could do with a little updating here and there but perfect for what we needed and would come back again.
