The location was perfect for us. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable. I struggled with the key safe (my fault) and the staff were very responsive and helpful.

Great position for Southsea amenities with parking and close to bus stop for travel to Southsea pier or Portsmouth. Great bars, restaurants and shopping in the close vicinity, 10/ 20 mins stroll to Southsea pier. Everything was fairly new and clean. Tv and good wi-fi. All extras like towels, flannels and toiletries provided. Fully kitted out kitchen with tea & coffee provided just like a hotel. We brought our own breakfast bits and pieces and used the fridge/freezer.
Being very picky the brass cutlery is a bit more style over substance.

Lovley location, house lovely but needs attention.
Lights flashing in the kitchen, shower trickles and shower door doesn’t stay shut. Curtains don’t seem to be big enough? Asking questions to the owners seem to slow answers or not at all. So not very accommodating and a bit rude. Asking about check in and seemed a short response. Felt guilty for asking. Then a very nice check in info on arrival. So must be the default message for everyone.
