Great aside from the parking

Spacious, clean and comfortable

Parking situation, having to pay on Ringo every day for a week. We had 2 cars to cover, it because expensive

Nice penthouse

We had a penthouse which was superb to be fair for 18 days, it was very comfortable overlooking the sea but it wasn’t near any facilities at all, no bars restaurants etc you had to drive everywhere

The location and the fact nothing is around it. Zap holidays who run this apartment were absolutely a disgrace to deal with if it hadn’t been for our Spanish friend helping us we would have had to check in to a hotel when we arrived . No communication, I sent numerous emails and messages calls etc we actually didn’t know where the apartment was or should I say the actual address until our friend got it for us . We would have been stranded . They were meant to sort all this the week before . Since we arrived in Spain I have since found out many people have been stranded with no communication. I wouldn’t deal with them again as it was hard at night trying to find this place . We are well travelled people and we were stressed to the max as the instructions when we finally got them were totally unclear .

Everything was fabulous! The only complaint is the drain in the shower in the back bedroom doesn't drain well. It's a bit clogged & could use some drano lol

Modern, well equipped apartment, perfectly located.

Location perfect for the UK Sail GP event and also for bars and restaurants going into the Dockyards or into Southsea. The apartment is perfect for three couples with comfortable rooms, two en-suite and the third with a separate bathroom. It is modern and clean, and decorated to a high standard. The kitchen is well equipped and the booking, check-in and departure process, simple, quick and easy. Would definitely book again.

The apartment could do with a second sofa or two more lounge-type chairs, as if all 6 persons wanted to sit down, 2 would have to sit on dining chairs. Other than that, I have no other negative comments.

lovely stay in Southsea and excellent accommodation with sea views from sitting room.

Great location. 5 mins walk to the pier and hovercraft. Very clean and modern. Internet access was a good speed. Hosts communication was excellent.

Spacious, modern and comfortable accommodation in a good location.

Had some problems with a slow draining shower which I reported on a couple of occasions and someone attended, but the problem wasn't resolved. I had to run the shower on half flow in order not to flood the en-suite. There was some noise from the neighbours in the evenings and from building work from 08:00 onwards. Is wasn't too bad, but noticeable.

reasonable property, good location but bedrooms views were terrible and very artistic use of photos

you couldn't have any bedroom curtains open as they looked straight at adjacent property windows but also the yard was an unsightly tip which you wouldnt have wanted to look at anyway

Enjoyable and convenient

The location was great as it was opposite a park which was great for my kids.We were also very close to an amusement park a short walk away. Even though there wasn't designated parking, we always found a spot somewhere along the road. We loved and enjoyed our stay at the apartment.
