Centrally located in Southsea, it has 3 comfortable bedrooms, two on-suite and one main bathroom so all rooms had access to facilities, which was great for us.
It was tastefully decorated but the flooring in the main corridor and in the launch/sitting area is starting to look tired, it was not a problem for us but we are making a suggestion to the owners to invest in something more durable. It might also be a nice touch to offer resident parking permits as a bonus.

There are plenty of bathrooms and en-suites which is important when we were using this for getting ready for a wedding. The living room / kitchen area was a great space big enough to get all our makeup and hair ready.
We liked the property. Not sure if there isn’t anything we didn’t like. Maybe more toilet rolls could be helpful.

you couldn't have any bedroom curtains open as they looked straight at adjacent property windows but also the yard was an unsightly tip which you wouldnt have wanted to look at anyway
