The Location, the room sizes and the will supplied kitchen.
There is not are much space to hang clothing and no where to put folded clothes. We were 2 couples traveling together for 2 weeks, part of which included attending a wedding. The lack of drawers to put clothes away resulted in living out of suitcases on the floor.

Location was excellent, lovely view over looking the sea. Very clean.
Entrance was not inviting giving a cold look, dusty with plaster from builders? Too many stairs not good for people with poor mobility, not enough hand towels. Layout was strange kitchen downstairs living/dining area on top floor. Outlook out of two bedroom windows not very desirable.
