Very clean and great location, however were some issues as mentioned

There was no allocated car park for the property, and all the near car spaces were taken. Also, the kitchen was small and was in the different floor with the dinning table. Also lot of noises from the besides. The double sofa bed wasn’t big enough for two guests, and there was no extra duvet.

There was construction happening in the apartment below which we werent warned about and the drilling and sawing started

Everything but the price. How to say it nicely..The apartament is up to a very good standard in Portsmouth but nothing special compared to similar places abroad. The price however was very high. I guess this is because Portsmouth lacks places like this 🥲

The price was a bit too high. Also. Other people in the building must have been smoking cannabis - the smell on the staircase was horrible.

Excellent all round accommodation and break

The property was chosen for its excellent location to Portsmouth Old Town, Gunwharf and Southsea. The facilities are modern, clean and spacious. The views are spectacular. There are also lovely friendly staff available on the premises.

Everything was as advertised so no complaints. I would advise however that it is a penthouse and anyone of advanced ages or giving up knees, you need to climb stairs.

Perfecto para una familia de 6

Nos alojamos con la familia, éramos un grupo de personas. Las habitaciones eran muy cómodas y espaciosas, todas con camas dobles. El salon familiar tenia un sofá cama, lo cual era muy conveniente para que los chicos pudiesen ver la tele cómodamente. La cocina tenia absolutamente todo para cocinar (preparamos la cena de New Year's Eve ahi sin problema). Hay suficiente espacio para parquear alrededor del edificio. La ubicación es excelente para salir a caminar. Los anfitriones estuvieron muy atentos durante la estadía y en todo momento mantuvimos comunicación. Definitivamente, repetiremos!

Toller Blick und schöne Lage! Gerne wieder!

Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut. Wir konnten abends die großen Fährschiffe direkt vom Wohnzimmer sehen. Parkplätze... wenn auch kostenpflichtig... gab es genügend direkt vor der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und auch die vorhandenen Brettspiele haben wir gerne genutzt!

Ein wenig mehr Zeit in die Sauberkeit investiert und man hat hier eine 10/10!

Gute Lage, sauberes Apartment

Die Lage war gut. Fussläufig zum Wasser, zum Outlet und zu verschiedenen Restaurant. Betten waren gemütlich und Unterkunft sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

In der Küche hätte ich mir ne bessere Ausstattung gewünscht. Grössere Töpfe, ne Auflaufform, gerne auch Standard Gewürze etc. Auch etwas mehr Toilettenpapier wäre bei dem Mietpreis zu erwarten gewesen.
