Nice quiet property with views over city and 10 minute walk to sea

Size of rooms good Clean property and quiet as at top of building with a lift Quick response from agents when needed anything Good location , short walk to seafront

Parking limited for one car at property . Although given street parking permits could not locate near parking and had to pay for parking for 2 cars. Storage heaters all turned off . Would have liked to be on for arrival time. As on previous reviews still no scissors or tin opener.

Totally Recommend this flat! Will stay again!

The flat was in a great location. Bright and airy, with an impressive view and lots of space. Was able to park 2 cars there safely. The host was very accommodating, with good communication. We would definitely stay again. This place is an absolute recommendation for anyone looking to stay in Portsmouth with family.

The mattresses were very soft . There wasn't a tin opener, or scissors, or a grater in the kitchen, but to be ,fair if I had contacted the host, I am sure they would have bought these to the flat, like they did when there weren't enough mugs, they bought some and delivered within the hour. Very impressive. There was a light switch in the kitchen that we turned on that tripped out the first floor of the flat, we found the fuse box and turned it back on , but it may want to be looked at . Lastly, a vacuum cleaner , broom or at least a dustpan and brush would have been good to keep/ the flat presentable.

First of all I would like to thank the host on his kindness, I had a job interview (online) on the day and he let us do a late check out without any fee. When I was getting out the cleaners were already waiting there, it was clear that they were strictly advised not to knock on the door (regardless of the time) which I must say I was very impressed with. The house was very very clean, it is really a luxurious design modern elegant home. The wifi was very good and the everywere was very clean. I can highly recommend this property for groups, friends. It is ideal for large groups.
