This stylish fourth-floor haven offers stunning panoramic sea views and a private balcony and allocated parking, making it the perfect place to relax unwind by the coast or go off and explore. 2 Bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, allocated off road parking.

Separate, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine for easy self-catering
Bedrooms
Two comfortable bedrooms, perfect for couples or friends sharing, there is a sofa bed in the lounge.
Bathroom
There is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Location
The apartment is very centrally located close to all the shops, bars and restaurants in central Southsea, and a short walk from Gun Wharf Quays and Old Portsmouth.
Parking
Private parking included, a real bonus in this central seaside location
Parking for one car is included; additional vehicles are charged
Eco-Friendly Touches
We aim to reduce single-use plastics and support British suppliers wherever possible. During your stay, you may find:
Refillable, British-made, cruelty-free toiletries (please don’t throw them away)
Eco-friendly toilet paper from Who Gives A Crap, made from recycled paper with plastic-free packaging
Washable microfibre dishcloths instead of single-use cloths
Quiet hours 11pm to 8am
Please leave the house clean and tidy as you found it. No house parties, hen or stag parties. Only booked guests are permitted in the property.
Please do not wait until check out to report any issues, let us know during office hours, and report any check in issues immediately.
Refundable damage deposit of £150 is required.
We need you to complete the on-line check in before key info is provided , ID may be requested.
The following charges may be applied
Lost keys £30
Extra Cleaning £20 per hour - We allow for 2.5 hours cleaning per stay if it takes longer, we will have to charge you the additional cleaning cost.
Up to 2 dogs allowed a £25 fee applies per stay.
Utilities are subject to a Fair and Acceptable Usage Policy. Should the allowance be exceeded, we reserve the right to apply a supplemental charge to cover this amount. Information surrounding the Fair Usage Allowance can be requested and found on our website.

This was a spacious and well appointed apartment that suited our needs perfectly for a visit to the Portsmith Historic Dock Museum (which was excellent). Really enjoyed the Brewhouse and Kitchen Pub next door for two evening meals. Great communication with the host.
