Our family loved and enjoyed our recent stay here. It’s a family run hotel, extremely lovely and welcoming couple- Jackie and Bernie. Made this place like our Home in an instant. The Views from our Pent-Suites were Breathtakingly-Wow. Had a Beatenberg History 101 with Bernie over our hearty breakfast. Razzy made the best Scrambled eggs in the world! Our rooms were spotless, Beds were very comfortable- we had a good night sleep. A bus stop is just few metres away from this place. It’s near Niederhorn. Seriously, can’t Recommend this place highly enough.
Hopefully we can stay here again - when we’re back in the land of this Swiss 😊

The property is located in a town called Beatenberg. Our room had lovely view of the mountains and lake Thun. Rooms are spacious and have everything you will need during your stay. Staff were lovely people. They made us really welcome. Breakfast was so great with local produce stuff. We loved our stay!
The rugs in the room were old and stained. It would be great if they are changed.

Location was nice, about 20 min winding drive above Interlaken. Nice view of Thun lake from our room. Free parking. Great coffee at breakfast. Pleasant staff.
Old hotel with basic rooms, beds and decor. Bathroom and shower are small. No air conditioning. Breakfast was OK, not great. We stayed two nights - they forgot to clean our rooms (I left the sign out for cleaning). So disappointed. Normally, some reasonable compensation / discount is in order but didn’t get it.
