Wonderful

Location of the hotel across the river was very beautiful. The vibes of the place was very warm and cozy and studio was very spacious and had all the amenities. The staff were very friendly and supportive, would highly recommend this place.

Check out time was at 10am it’s too early to check out but there are options to extend but with a fee.

A comfortable stay with great location and privacy, but service and staff attitude need improvement.

I liked the great location, the privacy, and how clean and comfortable the unit was.

Check-in was delayed due to a system issue, causing one of our units to be unavailable initially. Although the issue was eventually resolved, the process took longer than expected. All access, lift entry, and check-in procedures were handled via an app, which is convenient, but the absence of on-site staff made it difficult to resolve issues. Staff and maintenance support should be readily available in case problems arise. The heater in the unit was not working, and maintenance could not be arranged due to the holiday period. While the washing machines and dryers were free to use and located in the basement, there were only a few units available, resulting in long waiting times. During check-out, we were charged for items we did not request or use. One of the main disappointments of our stay was the staff’s attitude. they were rude, overly strict, and unwilling to properly explain the situation or show any tolerance regarding the disputed charges. Despite our calm attempts to clarify the misunderstanding, there was no effort to listen or resolve the issue professionally. It was only after my husband became upset that the staff member stopped responding, which is highly unprofessional. This behavior is especially disappointing towards tourists like us and reflects poorly on the company’s image. Good service should involve clear communication, patience, and respect-qualities that were unfortunately lacking in this experience.

Hop apartments is a hidden gem! It was the perfect stay and we would definitely stay here again.

We LOVED our stay here! Staff: The communication was amazing throughout the whole stay and before hand! I had actually asked if there were any companies who hire out Christmas trees to put in the room and they didn’t know of any. A week before our stay they had come back to me and said they’d be thinking of my request and would try to get trees put in each apartment. The day before my arrival they had told me that they were able to get a tree fully decorated and have put it in the room for us. This honestly made our stay! Every 3 days you get a feel change, my daughter accumulated a lot of stuffed toys during our trip, one day we came back to our room and the staff had created a little scene with her teddies on her bed. She was so excited to see this. Rooms: We stayed in 130 studio. It was a great size and everything had been thought of. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. The main bedroom was huge with space to unpack your clothes and store your luggage. I liked that you could stream your phone to the tv, we were able to watch Christmas movie on Xmas eve. There was also access to two balcony’s. There is also access to a communal laundry, games room, workspace/chill out area, coffee area and smart fridges to purchase things you might need during your stay. Location: The location was picturesque and right on the lake. It is within walking distance to the Main Street (maybe 5 mins) and to the Interlaken west station (7mins). On the same side of the river there’s a cafe that opens early and has great food and coffee (about 2 mins walk)

The only things we didn’t like was the bed was really hard so we didn’t have the best sleep and noise travels. We could hear other people staying in the apartments talking, arguing, vomiting.

Nice apartments great for families.

Great views and just along a very nice little river with ducks and swans wading in them. Location is good but just a little bit further from the town centre. Great friendly and helpful staff. Apartment was well appointed with good modern decor. Beds were comfortable and little details made the place nice to stay in.

Quite far (20 minute walk) from the Ost station. Not so great when with luggage.

An awesome place 10+++

Very clean, spacious and modern apartment. High Tech building with access via guest app. Great location with awesome view of mountains. Having free use of guest laundry is a plus. Wish we could stay longer. I would rate HOP Apartment and suites 10+++.

Perfect stay in Interlaken

The apartment was very modern and everything was perfect and really thoughtful. Every little detail was pretty much perfect - the beds were super comfortable, the views at the aare river and the mountains were stunning, the interior design was gorgeous and so on… Alex was very friendly and super helpful too. He also gave us a little farwell gift when we were checking out. The price is very reasonable if you are travelling with a group.

Overall a pleasant stay and we enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake.

Very well equipped, new & clean. The staff were responsive when we messaged them .

Wifi was slow even for simple WhatsApp messages & sending photos . A bit difficult to use the washing machine as there were 3 units only and there were heavy usage in the evening. Some residents used all 3 machines at the same time with a few clothes in each machine. Maybe need to consider some form of control.

Comfortable lodging in Interlaken

I enjoyed a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen for my group. I like being able to make breakfast and pack a lunch. There is a Coop food market a short walk and it’s very close to town. The train is about 18 minutes walk. There’s a beautiful view of the mountains. Laundry is available in the basement. This was a great place to stay.

HOP is new and high-tech. There is an app that you use to unlock your apartment door and the door to get into the building. You also have to unlock the elevator to use it so it’s a bit of a pain have to take your phone with you just to go down and do laundry. It does feel very secure though.

A nice quiet location with lake passing behind the building, it was a nice cosy apartment.

Fully automated without any human interaction, they have a portal and you get your wireless keys via same portal. Good for modern day humans.

I have not been this comfortable in stay as this. First, the size of the apartment, we booked 260 and it was spacious. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There is complimentary tea bag and coffee capsules. The view is stunning Location is close to the center The parking is easy to reach and wide When we left we were gifted a bag of dried apples which was highly thoughtful I think this place deserves 5/5 and I recommended all my friends to stay here when in interlaken. The location, view, and furniture were absolutely exceptional

the bed mattress was comfy. I liked the air conditioning system. It was cold compared to other flats in Switzerland where they use portable ac which is useless.

The Wi-Fi on the third floor was a bit slow. The apartment itself felt cramped, with very little open space to move around. I also didn’t like that the building’s main entrance was left open to the public without proper security. In my opinion, the entry system should always be activated by phone to ensure safety.

Super clean n new furnished....fully equipped kitchen, bedroom is big , toilet is clean n just right size with window...super comfy bed Air con super good, staff are helpful n friendly ..... Breathtaking view and perfectly equipped stay

Just as shown in the photos, the view was absolutely amazing. The two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen made our stay incredibly comfortable (we were two couples). The hosts were kind, and the warm goodbye gift was a lovely touch. The digital key system also worked perfectly throughout our stay.

This was an absolutely amazing apartment with the best view! We were so happy with our balcony, kitchen, beds were comfortable and the common areas were very hip and convenient! Everything was clean and looked brand new!

No staff on site a lot of the time. Although we could have messaged them if we needed anything, so it wasn’t a problem. Just different than other places we’ve been.
