I requested for a large bed but provided with 4 beds and the staff guy was very nice.

Room was not clean, there was a smell in the room. Bed sheets and pillow covers need to be clean.

The entire hotel looks freshly repaired.

We were upgraded from Linda Inn to Toscana hotel. The room was freshly repaired with a big room and a big bathroom. The beds were very soft and comfortable.

I have similar wall paper at home, which is intended to be painted. If you paint the wall paper you can wash them, there will be no any spots or traces of the touches, and they will retain good look forever.

Passable for a night, shower is usable if you're not tall. I wouldn't stay any longer than that.

Great location and easy to check-in. Private bathroom, shower was passable.

Very noisy, you can hear the people in the next room talk or snore. The beds were not comfortable. Standing height in the shower is about 1.85m (6'1) to the ceiling so don't be tall I guess. It was kinda clean but there was some mould starting to show on the shower doors.

It smells very musty. Hygiene is dirty. And you need to walk to other hotels to check in. Particularly low cost performance. A little influence on the Swiss state.

Location

Very disappointing stay – dirty, old, and not as described I do not recommend this hotel. The room was very dirty, old, and poorly maintained. Furniture was broken, some lights didn’t work, and overall everything felt neglected and worn-out. On top of that, we had booked a room with a private bathroom through Booking.com, but when we arrived, they told us that the room was no longer available and gave us a different one with a shared bathroom instead. This was completely unacceptable and misleading. Definitely not worth the price. I would never stay here again.

This hotel should not be on your portal. I paid $500 per night for a $100 worth room. Very bad hotel. Should be absolutely avoided. No house keeping, no cleaning, no food option, no service, nothing.

If there is something only then you can do better. There are just beds and the toilet in the room even which have bad interiors.

DIRTY PLACE EVER IN MY LIFE!

First of all, we are so very disappointed in the first day because we really expected the best ambiance and easy to find the address. We thought that it's easy to find and to get the key directly but we have to go to the other address to get the key. Second, we pay the city tax but you didn't gave us the guests pass which is obligatory for the guest to have. When we arrived in the house it's very dirty. The kitchen area was very dirty,a lot of cab webs and the toilet area was very dirty and has hairs hanging in the shampoo bottle. We also saw that you have free body wash and shampoo but you didn't try to clean because it has a lot of calc around it. The shelf in the toilet has left over USED COTTON BUDS! Its so very disappointing because we paid 600€+ for 2 nights but we stayed for 1 night because we cannot stay any longer in this dirty Area. The picture in your website is very attractive but in reality it's not.

Slept well. The location is good, central. It's clean enough, view out the window was nice. The girl who met us and took our details was very nice. Not a room to stay all day in. It was fine, I'd stay again.

The shared bathroom is clean but tired. Everything worked well enough. Room was a bit small.

Avoid!!! The worst experience !

The worst experience ever. There is no reception at the hotel, you stand waiting in the cold until the staff appears. The tiny room is a former bathroom! Broken wardrobe serves as a table ! The shower is mouldy with fungi on the window, there is hardly any water and the temperature cannot be adjusted, depending on what is going on in the shared kitchen! Impossible to wash! Towels and bin are not changed unless you call by phone! In 6 days the room was not cleaned at all. What a scam! Adding that booking .com said " taxes included" but the hotel extracted further 48 franks from us at arrival. The hotel manager screamed at me and did not want to gove keysThe cold tap goves warm water and hot tap gives cold water. Horror. This is not a hotel and is bot as described.

The Room was not cleaned and therefore dirty. There were a pair of dirty socks in the bathroom hanging over the shower from the guest before and colorful fingernail in the room.

you have to check in at a different sister hotel. there you will get your room key. inconvenient especially if you have luggage. i dont know why this is a europe thing.
