Location.

No room to unpack. We were therefore tripping over our bags during our stay. Only hanging space was a coat stand! Could not put bags under the double table which sat in front of two walls, because then you would not be able to sit at the table to eat etc. Instead of such a big table one smaller table and 2 chairs on one wall, with an open storage area - one half shelving and the other half hanging space would be more appropriate and do away with the coat stand. Possibly even putting sturdy coat hooks on the back of the door for wet coats instead of the flimsy plastic ones that had obviously been put on previously but have broken off and now make the door look shabby. Fridge storage - poor door storage, even bottles fell out. Freezer door did not close properly and therefore leaked on items on the shelves. Would benefit from a new fridge with decent storage. No bedside lighting - not even an accessible switch from the bed to turn off the main light! A central light on the wall above the bed would make quite a difference. The kitchen units looked grubby and in need of renewing. Apart from a very small, shallow cupboard, there was nowhere to put your own food except on top of the cooker. The cupboard under the sink had some pots there, but the cupboard looked very unappealing to use for food. There was nowhere dustpan and brush to enable us to brush up any crumbs dropped and not sure when the floor was last swept under the bed. No bowl for washing up /plug for sink. When we asked for a plug, the gentlemen on reception could not understand why we would need a plug for washing up and seemed horrified and told us to just let the water run. Because the kitchenette is so small, nowhere to then drain the dishes. No tea towel either. Had to ask for an extra cloth for this as well as having to ask twice for towels which had not been put in the room. We were unaware that this was one of the cheaper rooms as it was the only one available when we booked.

location was amazing, super near supermarkets and shopping places.

toilet had a woody smell due to no windows, air vent in toilet was also really noisy. limited cooking facilities

Stuffs were very helpful. Great location. Affordable price.

Rooms didn't smell normal but, not too bad. Hard for me to describe the smell. Just didn't smell clean.

Location was good

The room was not up to the mark and the facilities was ok
