The staff was friendly and the room was very clean.

Excellent location and the lift to upstairs.

The towels were poor quality and the quilt was tiny. There was no tissue box for use.

Disappointing stay in one of the great travel location.

location was good behind the park

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The beds were extremely uncomfortable — uneven and bent in the middle — making it hard to get proper sleep, especially with a baby. They had mentioned that we could use a microwave at the reception area, but no help was ever provided despite asking. The staff were consistently unhelpful, unfriendly, and showed no interest in supporting guests. They would even turn away instead of returning a simple smile. Housekeeping was inconsistent and careless. Despite our clear instructions to clean while we were out, some days nothing was done, and other times they only cleaned part of the room — for example, the floor was left dirty or other areas were ignored. On several days, there was no hot water, only cold, which made things even more uncomfortable for us as a family with a baby. Overall, the staff’s attitude was rude and unwelcoming. They neither greeted us nor looked at us properly when we approached the reception for help. We expected much better hospitality in Switzerland, but unfortunately, this hotel failed on multiple fronts.

Great location. People were nice. The balcony was lovely, and I like having the restaurants right beneath us.

There was a spill on the floor in the hallway that no one cleaned up after three days. We even saw the cleaning cart sitting right beside the spill, but no one cleaned it up. That was kind of gross. The pillows are horrible. They are clean, but they are practically empty. It made sleeping uncomfortable.

Would not recommend hotel.

Air conditioning worked but was loud and made noises all night. Wasn’t as dirty as some of the reviews.

Was nothing like the pictures. Pictures are probably 40 years old. There is a Chinese and an Indian restaurant on the ground floor. Spell goes up the stairs. The shower curtain was disgusting. It was more like a youth hostel.

Waste of money and suffering.

Nothing . It was the worst decision to stay at this hotel.

All the pictures on the web site are fake. We never knew that our room is NON AC. It was not easy to stay 3 nights without AC. The power outlet were naked , I got shock twice while I was trying to charge my phone. The owner of the property was rude and unprofessional. I will attach the pictures below and you can compare what you see on the web site . I would request booking.com to refund my money for this stay.

Not what I expected

I booked this hotel when I had made a mistake with another booking and needed a room close to the hotel my friends were staying at. I feel I would warn people that this hotel is not a luxury hotel. I can say that the shower has plenty of hot water. There are no bed bugs. It is however a very low end place to stay. I would compare it to a motel 6 in the USA. I had booked it for three nights but only stayed one and moved to the Raddison Blu at the Zurich Airport.

The staff was not there in the early morning.

Unclean, urine smell in the bathroom and not managed well but in a good location.

No breakfast facility and no facility to prepare or get breakfast as no microwave , fridge nothing.

No support from staff though we requested need microwave to warm milk for baby.

Overall stay was amazing

Liked how close it was to everything and friendly staff The room won’t be luxurious but if you are staying in Switzerland you won’t need the room to be beautiful the whole country is. The room was dusty though under the beds and windows even when asking to get it clean it wasn’t but I think the cleaner just couldn’t be bothered.

Not recommended at all.

Hotel is okay but cleanliness and co-operation wise it is pathetic. Room was too much dirty and smelly. Bedsheets had stains and hair of customers on it. Quilts/blankets were kind of see through in between. Even we requested them to clean but no positive response. Bathroom was full of hairs maybe of last customer. Not really recommended if you have an option.

Bed: Very comfy bed Location: 7 mins walk from Interlaken West train station

Price: outrage price for a so called 3 star hotel which is more like 1 star Room: Tiny, run down, not clean Toilet: Only 2 towels provided. Not even a floor towel or hand towels provided. Unpleasant stain everywhere Breakfast: No breakfast included with the outrageous hotel room price

It was dirty, damp, and the room was very small. The towels were old and threadbare. There was a hairdryer but there was no way to plug it in.

Unpleasant stay at the hotel !

Location was near the bus stop. Easy to reach.

We stayed in a four-bedded room on the first floor. The toilet was smelly. We requested cleaning service, but the staff just came, sprayed some detergent, and flushed the toilet. After that, the toilet still smelled of urine. The staff was not polite when answering our questions.

We had too many mosquitoes and flying creatures in the room. Lift and reception is too much shabby. Blankets are small. Dirty and doesnt give a feesh vibe. Toilets were dmelly.
