Overall it was good

Location was easy to access from train station. Separate bathroom was a plus. Kitchen was a bonus. It was easy to stay having kitchen with separate bathroom

Extremely close to the Interlaken West Train station. Maximum 3 minutes walk. Supermarkets, pharmacy are just 2-4 minutes walking distance. Located in extremely peaceful street. Had a beautiful garden with slide and tampoline for kids. Big shared kitchen (fully furnished) with a balcony. Internet speed was excellent. We had room with attached bathroom inside the room which gave complete privacy and comfort for my family. In terms of price its 100% value for money.

Bathroom size is too small including the shower area. Quantity of towels provided for 3 days to us were only 4 units for a family of 2 adults and 2 toddlers. No dustbin in room. One available in bathroom had no spare bags which can be used to throw the trash. There was no net on the windows which can protect the bees/ insects to come inside the room if windows were opened. As our room was on ground floor and facing lots of greenry and trees. The table fan provided was too small to manage the entire room.

Disappointed with the unexpected change and poor kitchen conditions I originally booked a stay at Interlaken Marco Hostel, but upon arrival, I was informed there was a bed issue and was redirected to Linda Hostel instead. While I appreciated that alternative accommodation was arranged, the experience at Linda Hostel was far from satisfactory. The shared kitchen was in poor condition—many utensils were either worn out or left dirty by previous guests, and it seemed the staff hadn’t maintained it properly. To make matters worse, I noticed cockroaches in the kitchen area, which was extremely unhygienic and concerning. This unexpected switch and the lack of cleanliness significantly impacted my stay. I hope the management takes steps to improve the facilities and ensure better communication with guests in the future.

Location near to Interlaken west. Sufficient utensil in kitchen for cooking. Induction cook top was excellent support for cooking. Luggage storage post checkout. Good wardrobe in room but no hangers

1- Electric kettle, Toaster was non functional 2- I f u have room on second floor then God can help u to take ur baggage to room. It’s exhausting 3- Electric kettle in room was non functional 4. Hair dryer in toilet was not functioning 5. Lot of noise in night time (upto 00 hrs) by neighbouring room girls

The house is not clean at all, there were cockroaches legs around all the house, even on my bad when I arrived. The refrigerator smell like dead dog, is the worst place regarding cleaning I ever been.

Good location but not clean

The location is close to Interlaken West station and Coop. It’s easy to find some food. I recommend to choose room with private bathroom.

It’s difficult to contact staff when I arrived. No any detail provided for check-in. I have to ask other visitors who suggested us to contact hotel toscana. Bed sheet and duvets are not clean. I have to take a medicine because of dust allergies. Main door always opens. No any staff. No security.

Kitchen was nasty. Needs some upgrade. Laundry was expensive and was not located in the homestay. Had to walk 10 mins to another hotel.

Close to Interlaken West Station but if u arrive fore 4 PM will be challange to drop your laggages

Close to Interlaken West staion . You have loads of eating places around . Easy to get to station.

The instrution given for leaving your laggages at partner hotel before 4 PM is not 100% correct and it was bit away need to ask around than clear instuctions. May be gieve the street name and partner hotel name would help than asking people around.

dirt is everywhere. Dirty and sticky bathroom, totally greasy, dirty kitchen. Windows not cleaned for years. The hostel is in old building, but if it was clean it could be Ok.

Affordable hotel with really good location

Location! It is a 3min walk from Interlaken West station. It is also near supermarkets and bus stations. Thankful for the host as he allowed us to enter the room at 11am (when checkin is at 4pm). The facilities were cleaned everyday and the shared kitchen was surprisingly cleaner than what I was expecting. It is also complete with kitchenware and dinnerware.

No mirror nor closet inside the room. Wifi is very slow (you can chat or send email but watching and uploading videos in social media is very slow!) The toilet flush at the basement toilet refills very slow so you have to wait a couple of minutes to use the toilet after another. We were at the ground floor so we can hear all the footsteps from the upper floor and stairs. Keys are also used to lock the rooms from inside so it’s a bit hassle if you go pee at the middle of the night and need to find the right keys to unlock the room.
