You get what you pay for

The shower was great. We were three and they gave us a 4 person room. Close to the center of the city

I won't book again but very good location

Close to the station. Everything so close. Stuff was friendly.

There is a pub under the dormitory and it was VERY loud at night until at least 1am. And music starts from 5 or 6am. No hair dryer. The light in the shower room turned off so easily so I took a shower in the dark. And the shower room and the toilets are shared by men and women.

Great location, Great price!

Location was excellent. Room was big enough for the four of us (2 adults, 2 children). Shared bathroom (but this didn't bother us as so close to our room).

The rooms are over a bar/bistro. You can sometimes hear the loud music and people outside talking but this didn't really bother us!

Indeed a „Happy“ Experience here!

Perfectly located in the center - just a couple of minutes from Interlaken West. As a Hostel it has all You May Need: good beds, friendly staff, a bar for a Coffee - or beers in the evening. The additional breakfast is not very diverse - but for a Prize of 8 CHF, it is very fairly valued with Unlimited Drinks , cereals or bread!

The heater worked a little weirdly - in the beginning of the Night it was really cold, then it heated up in the middle of the Night and I was sweating.

perfect for travelers who are in a budget but wanted to see and explore the beauty of switzerland.

this accomodation is perfect if you wanted to be near of all the tourist destination and activities such as skiing, they even provides free bus ticket for interlaken area and common kitchen with fridge, microwave and electric kettle for your budgeted meal, thus this accomodation is really budget friendly👌

Flooring is noisy in this building.

Convenient place, a good place to drinks and wind down after a long day, the staffs are friendly.

The wooden flooring is abit too noisy, the tap in the room was dripping. We don't quite feel the heater in the room. The button press shower water, that we have to press alot of time during shower. The toilets and room are not at the same floor. Highest floor was not convenient at all especially when taking two medium size luggage although we paid extra for a better room.

Affordable Hostel

The staff is welcoming and supportive. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Affordable and the city is nearby. As a person who stayed in a hostel, I would recommend this place. Overall satisfied.

Brilliant

The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Each bed had charging ports and personal light. The staff were very friendly. Location was brilliant and felt very safe. Sheets provided free of charge. Toilet and shower facilities were good.

This was a fraud and we were a victim.

In our reservation it was mentioned that we will have 3 rooms . But once we arrived there we found out it was 1 room for 3 and another shared room with 3 other people. It doesn’t match the description given in the reservation. We condemn this and we demand full money to be refunded because we all 5 had to stay in 1 room as the second room was sharing. We demand full refund or we will complaint Booking.com. Our money and our resevation doesn’t match the description. It was horrible, it was like a nightmare. We had to sleep at the floor for this miss discription from the authorities.

They lied in the discription. We were told to have 3 rooms but we only had a room and a shared room with 3 more people.

Friendly place!

Location 4mins on foot to Interlaken West station and only 19min to Interlaken Ost. Seemed very clean, the staff was so nice, the bathroom was well split (i.e. wc, showers, sink). A sink was also in the room. Lockers in the common area to leave your luggage if you arrive before check-in/ need storage after check-out.

I'd suggest to add few hangers in the room to facilitate the towels' drying :)

Friendly staff and convenience location

Friendly staff, great location. They got a pantry that you can use it for warm up your meal and gather with friends. Although the hotel is on top of the pubs, but it's not noisy.

Share bathroom is for both genders which is not really convenient. Sometimes it get really busy. Basically they provide nothing (no shower gel or shampoo, hair dryer is share that you have to return after use) Wifi was really bad in our room

2 days in interlaken

Location. Walkable from interlaken west station and lot of shops on the way to the hotel. Has a storage room and check in possible till 1030

It has a common kitchen but can’t really cook. There is no gas/electric stove. One can just heat the food using the microwave oven

The accomodation was decent for our two night stay. This accommodation is great for young people and solo travellers.

Very close to the Interlaken west station and town centre. Staff were pretty friendly and there was a nice restaurant within the accommodation.

We found the bunk bed’s ladder a bit unstable.

ok stay for a few days with good value for money in Interlaken.

Stayed in.a dorm, probably one of the most affordable hostels you can get in interlaken. Breakfast is simple and not bad, with very good bread and coffee. You need to.pay the breakfast additionally. Very closed to west station and bus station. Kitchen area are well equipped.

facilities are a bit old. The dorm is a bit small for 6 people. There was one staff who are pretty unfriendly, I hope that was just because of bad mood on that day.

Great!

The location and the staff were very vice. It is a BEAUTIFUL building and so close to everything, I never walked more than 20 minutes to get anywhere in Interlaken. Definitely more than worth the price.

The staff seemed more occupied with the restaurant than running the hostel, which is fair. I wish there was a better “hangout” or “lounge space”, the hostel kitchen isn’t the most welcoming and doesn’t really harbor a good vibe to get to know people.

A great place for getting around Interlaken and the local area - lovely staff and fun atmosphere!

The location was brilliant, the room while not luxurious was just what we expected and needed. The kitchen was a real bonus as was the luggage storage.

Inside of a loud restaurant and mattress smelled bad/stuff room

Breakfast was sad so I didn’t purchase it. I liked location but that was about it

As soon as I walked into the room, my allergies were crazy, I don’t know if it was black mold, or some thing. There was mold on Shower ceiling. I couldn’t tell if it was from the mattress, but when I smelled the mattress and pillow, they reaked! I literally slept on top of the comforter, covering the mattress and pillow with a sweater as a blanket. The hostel is literally inside a restaurant pub and people were watching the game screaming at the tv til late, I could hear them while trying to sleep. Disappointed because they had good reviews.

Okay hostel. Clean and comfortable, minimal facilities, not the most fun.

It was fine, nice and clean, quiet. Rooms like lockers and bunks with outlets.

Kitchen facilities were a bit too simple (though heavily used given how expensive Switzerland is). Didn’t love the crowd this hostel attracts. 10am checkout.

Very close to station, good location, there’s shops and restaurants nearby, they have kitchen which provided basic stuffs like hot water, fridge, bowls, plates, cutlery. Shower and toilet is super clean. Easy check in. Free bus pass provided

Bed smells a bit weird. Room not sound proof, expect to hear loud music. But didn’t bother me that much.

they were doing some construction on the bathrooms at 8am and it was awkward trying to get in and out stepping over guys working, they were super nice but seemed like a bad time to do work when everyone’s getting ready in the morning

Enough toilet & bathroom. Bathroom is exceptional design! There is a curtain in the bathroom to avoid your clothing get wet during shower🙂. Able to keep our luggage after checked out. There is coop and can do shopping nearby

The 8 pax dormity room is too small. No room for us to open our bakckpack. Didn’t have ac, in the middle night will become hot if your roomates closed the window before sleep. And also no curtain make no privacy, our room locker broken 2 units
