    Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights in September 2026. While the location is convenient if you plan to travel out of Interlake West station or want to dine and shop around the city, then it's good. However, for the price, it's simply not worth it. The majority of the staff I interacted (and observed) was to very helpful or friendly (esp the oldest guy at the front desk). Even in my observation of guests who had some challenges, they weren't "customer-first". In fact, when I told them my bag was lost and the airport would be delivering it there that night, they said since there were no phones in the room, there was no way to notify me and that I could just check/get it in the morning. Really? No one could let me know? My room keys also stopped working twice during the week and had to be issued new ones. The free breakfast is also one of the worst I've been too in all my travels. Massively crowded at 7 am and have very little options. Have the stations were either not filled (never saw the oatmeal) and half the items were out very quickly. The response of the helper to someone who asked for a refill of the coffee machine? "There's only two of us". Which surprised me for such a busy brunch. Outside of bread and cold cuts and some runny scrambled eggs, there were not much items. Even the self serve coffee and water took forever to walk thru due to the line. Small inconveniences for some, but when it comes to the cost of staying there - the question is - is what you are paying for worth what you are getting. For me - no.

    Hotel was modern, clean and perfectly located in town. Staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet was was a highlight. Highly recommended.

    The water in the room was either boiling hot or ice cold. They did not offer a room exchange so we couldn’t shower.
