Lovely place to stay in interlarken. Would gladly stay here again.

Beautify view from room Breakfast option were extensive and plentiful. Staff were helpful and cheery.

Pillows were flat and multiple pillows would be more comfortable.

Staff very welcoming. I was able to check in at 11pm. Nice lounge and breakfast area.

Residence am Marktplatz is actually the Hey Hotel. Had to read the fine print in the email to see I had to check in at a different hotel. Booking.com should change the hotel name to reduce the confusion.

Good central location for Interlaken exploring.

Front of house staff were friendly and informative. The location of the hotel is very good for getting around Interlaken and within easy access of where we needed to be.

Unfortunately the breakfast personnel incorrectly told us that breakfast wasn't included in our room rate, when it was. The front of house staff were apologetic and did credit us some charges for this at checkout, but breakfast would have been much nicer.

The breakfast was good and substantial The location was excellent to train stations and bus stops in order to see the sights.

The room was very small and had no air conditioning. It was summer and very hot. However, the staff provided us with a couple of fans and we left the windows wide open. We could do this as we were on the third floor.

There's nothing good to recommend.

The service is terrible and needs to be improved, and there are safety hazards in the room. The bathroom was too slippery, and the cleaning staff took away the towels on the floor, which caused both of us to get hurt.

Stay in Interlaken

We liked the location. We liked the reception. Breakfast was good for 25 CHF Per person.

It was too expensive. For two nights I have paid chf.496 frs. Break fast and parking was not included. No lights in the room entrance. No humidification in the bath room.. I have paid 50 frs for break fast and 15 frs for parking, meaning 561 frs per night for two persons.

Location was good, and staff were understanding

The bad things list is long: 1- no AC in residence, so they put mini-fans that do nothing; thus poor room ventilation, and u have to open the window to get some air. So during day, it is noisy and during night, insects enters ur room!! 2- hotel smells bad 3- shower water is weak

The entrance is at the back door of an Italian restaurant. Bathroom is tiny and lack of lighting. No fan can be used during the hot summer.

Annex building not recommended

Great location and lovely helpful staff. Lovely bar.

Not good value for money even if you take Switzerland price levels in account. We were in one of the annex buildings, not the main hotel. No air conditioning or air cooler on a boiling hot day. Tiny room with slanted walls (watch your head), and one strange old fashioned window with no curtain. But had to keep it open for air circulation. A vertical sort of fan like thing provided which is not very effective. Bathroom had no door !! Shower’s glass door could be opened fully to act as a bathroom door while using toilet but no latch of course. Extremely strange for people from other places used to bathroom doors.

Location was good. The room was basic but clean. It had a nice view of the mountains.

The room was basic and not good value for money. However it was clean. Someone (I think the maid) walked inside the room in the morning without knocking while we were sleeping. It also took forever to check in.

Paid USD 1,100. for 4 nights, did not get moneys worth.Would be better if free b/fast was included.

Breakfast was not included in the room rate. Location is good. Near train station Interlaken West, Coop store/supermarket and accessible bus rides.Reception staff were pleasant.

Replacement towels smelled not clean/fresh.No more supply of body/ hair soap to be used on the 1st night of stay.Supply of coffee not replaced for the 2nd day. Safety box broken and was fixed the next day.Need to pay extra CHF 28.00 at check out but when you book it said taxes and fees included, this can be deceiving.

schöne Ambiance und Zimmer zum Wohlfühlen

Zentrale Lage. Grosses schönes Zimmer und tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit riesiger Auswahl, es wurde diesbezüglich auf gefühlt alle Nationen eingegangen. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, in der man sich wohlfühlt. Äusserst freundliches Personal an der Reception.

Nichts zu erwähnen. Alles war perfekt für uns.

La ubicación es excelente en un punto medio entre las dos estaciones de trenes de interlaken y a una calle de la avenida principal. Las vistas son magníficas.

le prix et l'emplacement personnel sympa ,chambre propre moderne.

Que l'on me dis que la chambre peux être prête à 14 h (sur place) et j'ai attendu juste a 15 h ...je suis conscient que sur le site c'est 15 h...j'ai du demander pour le séjour la carte gratuite transport on me là pas proposé et on ne m’a pas demandé si j'avais un véhicule ...
