The facilities were great with a swimming pool, sunna, and indoor+output playground for kids.
The room was large with two floors, upper floor: living+kitction+balcony, lower floor: sleeping+bathroom.
The breakfast was good with all standard food options.
The view was okay but not perfert (the lake was partly blocked by the building in front.
(The hotel is built on the mountain steep, the entrance/reception is on the 6th floor, we were living on the 7th floor)
The location is a bit farther than our expectation, 20min drive on the mountain road from Interlaken was not so short.
The toilet is on the different floor from the living room so a little incovient for the elders.
The usage of kitchen needs an extra charge of 40 CHF per stay.

Maybe put some kitchen/dining items in the room as there are facilities to use but no plates etc

Staff were nice.
Hotel is very dated. The most uncomfortable bathroom and shower I've seen in years. Hotel is crowded. Parking spaces are tight. It's up a mountain so difficult roads but not much of a view from the room. Does not correspond to the price. Would not stay again.
