    This hotel looks dreamy. The staff are nice. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. It is very walkable to Interlaken train station. A lot of good restaurants around the hotel

    The hotel and its location are excellent. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The rooms are very hot during the summer, especially in August. The hotel only provides a fan, which is not enough in such warm weather. There is no air conditioning or cooling system, and there is also no refrigerator in the rooms. In addition, the windows do not have insect screens, making it difficult to keep them open for fresh air. Another suggestion is to offer a free late check-out whenever possible. Allowing guests to stay one or two extra hours at no additional charge would be greatly appreciated, especially for travelers with afternoon or evening flights. This small gesture would make the hotel much more convenient and customer-friendly.

    The location is very convenient to Interlaken west & Interlaken OST. A lot eateries and shops nearby. Abt 10mins walk or 3mins bus ride. Breakfast was simple but fulfilled. There is a laundry place nearby. 12 francs for washing & 8 francs for dryer.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I stayed in room *** from February 14 to February 18, 2026, and for most of my stay the heating was not working properly. We spent three nights sleeping in the cold, which was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable, especially during winter in Switzerland. We even got sick and woke up multiple times during the night because of the temperature. In addition, for the last two days there was no hot water, so we couldn’t take a proper shower. This is a basic service and not something guests should have to deal with. We complained at the reception since the first night, and the staff acknowledged there was a structural problem affecting the hotel. We were told several times that someone would come to fix it, but the issue was never properly resolved. Only on the last night did they provide a small portable heater, which was far from adequate. This experience was completely different from what we paid for and expected. I formally requested a refund and, even after several days, received no response. I would not recommend staying here, especially during winter.
