Location, so welcoming staff, room is clean, car parking, amenities
Not a big problem but some noise was coming from upstairs. Room wasnt soundproof like new hotels.

The staff was so kind and made me feel like family. The room was clean and even had a mountain view! I also really like how there was a common lounge space to relax use the fridge and microwave too.

The distance to train and ferry was easy. The bath/shower had hot water and good pressure. We liked having a balcony although it looked right into a residence window. It was nice to have a community kitchen area to make tea/coffee anytime and also a dining area and microwave to heat up any ready made meals. The guy looking after the kitchen area was friendly and kind.
The key system is ridiculous. I don’t understand why it hasn’t been updated to a keycard. The key weighs a pound and to have to change it out with another key when you leave is crazy.
The elevator is a joke and I can’t believe it ever passes inspection. We gave up on it when we arrived. It didn’t go up more than 2 foot. Finally got back down and just walked the stairs.
