Lovely location with great view of lake. Staff were very kind and helpful.
At breakfast the hot trays needed to be replenished quicker as sometimes there was hardly any food in them. It was a little hard to find hotel as we did not have internet on our phone.

Loved the location right over the Spiez Marina, the friendly staff and the lunches at the Captain’s bar with its delicious food. The private Lido beach was lovely !
The Spa looks dated, the jaccuzi is not functioning properly. The gym is underground and was very hot as it had no AC …

Just a short stroll from my the station and to the ferry. Location is everything to me but hotel was lovely too. Great breakfast and the food at restaurant was delicious. Staff very nice.

The view and location
Not available the bathroom equipments including toothpaste and toothbrush, no ironing device and the said it’s prohibited in the hotel
