I’d not come back to stay at this apartment again.

It provides a carpark

The toilet door is spoilt, cannot be opened once it is closed. Imagine you are stuck inside the toilet and cannot come out. The kitchen cabinet door is spoilt. Though the owner said it was spoilt by the previous tourist, but i would be appreciated if it was fixed before i checked in. I have one missing curtain in the bedroom. Imagine you sleep in a room where you can be seen from outside at night? The owner said it was tainted by the previous tourist but I’d appreciate if the curtain can be re-arranged from other part of the apartment. By the way, the curtains hanging poles are fragile. It can drop easily when you close and open the curtain. I don’t like the whole apartment smell especially the toilet. To me, it stinks.

Super modern apartment close to city centre.

Really lovely modern apartment with super full length balcony and secure parking. It's only a 15 minute walk to the central market square with a lot of this along the canal. And just about 5 minutes to the nearest tram stop. And there's a great 'Okay' supermarket one minute from the apartment. The host Kubi was super responsive. Easy key code entry and a decent checkout time of 11am.

Clean and comfortable but beware of the mosquitoes

Location was pretty good only a 15-20 minute walk in to Ghent city centre. The property was clean and very well appointed. Roof top terrace was great for sitting out on and enjoying the weather. Wifi was good with reasonable data rates. Lots of comfortable seating in the communal area.

Only one shared toilet. Both bedrooms had ensuites but no toilet in either. Mosquitoes. Everybody got bitten multiple times. Outside space was a breeding ground for them as the accumulated rain water provided a perfect breeding ground. Insect screens on the doors would help. In the main bedroom the curtains did not cover the whole windows letting in a lot of light in the morning. Internal stairs were quite steep which was ok for us but may be difficult for people with restricted movement.

Great stay

The apartment is just like the pictures. Balcony area was our favourite part. The host was super kind and went out of the way to accommodate us. The apartment is close to local shops and super markets. Tram station is also at a walkable distance. Communicate was clear and precise.

Very nice apartment!

The apartment is big, very large room, fully furnished. It's very clean. There are all utilities we need for the cooking. It's very suitable for a family and long time stay. I will definitely choose the apartment again if I go to Ghent next time

Verschrikkelijk, ik kom hier nooit meer terug

Er is niets positiefs te vermelden over deze accommodatie. Hou je geld in de zak en boek hier niet.

De accommodatie is enorm slecht gerenoveerd en onderhouden. Op de foto’s lijkt het mooi, maar dit beeld komt totaal niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Allereerst vlekken op het beddengoed en dikke zwarte haren die niet van ons waren. Schimmel en hele vieze plekken in de badkamer. De badkamer bij de slaapkamer met 2 losse bedden stinkt enorm naar riool. We vermoeden dat het leidingwerk niet goed is aangelegd waardoor de rioollucht die je op sommige plekken op straat in Gent ruikt non-stop aanwezig is in de badkamer. De badkamer zit in de slaapkamer waardoor je deze geur ook ruikt in de slaapkamer. 1 van de 1 persoonsbedden is niet goed in elkaar gezet waardoor de lattenbodem en het matras op de grond valt als je je omdraait in bed, dit is de eerste nacht 4 keer gebeurd waarna we het matras maar op de grond hebben gelegd. In de keuken mist er een keukendeurtje.In de grote slaapkamer hangen te weinig gordijnen, je kunt ze niet dicht doen. Ook zou ik adviseren om kritisch naar de beoordelingen te kijken: geen mens met ogen zou dit appartement een 9 of 10 geven. Het feit dat deze beoordelingen kort na opening zijn geschreven doet vermoeden dat deze door bekenden zijn geschreven om de accommodatie te helpen.

Ático cómodo y moderno con vistas en Rabot (Gante)

Ático amplio, luminoso, reformado, moderno, silencioso. Con unas impresionantes vistas a la iglesia de "Sint Jozef". Con plaza de aparcamiento en el interior del patio del propio edificio. Admite mascotas A 1,5 km. andando del centro de Gante. Flexibilidad en el check-in'. Fluidez en la comunicación por WhatsApp con el anfitrión. Es un barrio donde conviven muchas nacionalidades con variedad de tiendas, restaurantes-locales de comida.

No es crítica es confirmación de otras opiniones leídas: es un 3° sin ascensor (pero tampoco hay demasiados escalones). Hay que vigilar cuando se abren las puertas de las terrazas o de la escalera porque suele entrar algún mosquito. Las cortinas no llegan a cubrir las cristaleras de las terrazas (por estrechas). No hay lavavajillas ni lavadora (lo pone en las descripción del apartamento). La cafetera es tipo Nespresso. Faltaría algo más de menaje (platos y cubiertos). Lo que sugiero y creo que es necesario es que se refuerce la iluminación en la zona de la cocina. Falta luz. Por último, la suciedad en las calles no es exclusiva de la zona de Rabot, ocurre en toda la ciudad debido al sistema de recogida/reciclaje de basuras. Consultar con Kubilay como deshacerse de la misma.

Прекрасные, роскошные апартаменты! Очень стильные и красивые. Много места. Много элементов декора. Сервированный стол - вишенка на торте! Кровати удобные. Есть всё необходимое для проживания. Огромная терраса и вид на собор - восхитительно! К сожалению, нам не удалось выпить кофе на террасе, из-за дождя. До центра города 20 минут неспешным прогулочным шагом вдоль канала. Рядом продуктовые магазины и булочная. Спасибо Kubi! Мы вернёмся.

Les rideaux ne sont pas du tout adaptés au format des fenêtres. Dans le reste du penthouse, ca ne gêne pas, en revanche dans la chambre, c’est un peu problématique car rien ne permet d’occulter la lumière du jour.

Moc hezký apartmán, všem doporučujeme !

Krásný velký podkrovní apartmán s velkou terasou s posezení a výhledem na protější kostel. Měli jsme k dispozici vše, co jsme potřebovali, vše bylo pěkné a čisté. Auto jsme parkovali přímo v domě na uzavřeném dvoře. Komunikace s ubytovatelem byla perfektní.

A 20 minutos andando del centro. Buen descanso. Barrio descuidado.

Piso grande muy bien equipado. Camas muy cómodas. Pudimos hacer el check-in antes de tiempo, muy amable el dueño con respecto a esto. Parking privado gratis.

Nos faltó la ropa de cama del sofá cama y la quinta toalla de ducha, éramos 5 y nos hacía falta. El barrio no está nada cuidado, mucha suciedad en las calles. Lo que hace que las vistas desde las estupendas terrazas, no sean tan maravillosas como uno se imagina. Cortinas cortas, no tapan los grandes ventanales. La luz entra de lleno al amanecer.
