Good location for families for local sightseeing and comfortable stay but beware of parking limits and penalties

The location was nearby, but still far outside the main touristy areas in Ghent. Access in Souza with electronic key codes and the stay was comfortable. The patio is a nice touch.

For the pricey rent, the property can do better with information about parking and especially give guests a warning not just that street parking is available but is not free, is expensive with strict penalties. It can easily point or include resources for folks traveling from out of town to be prepared.

Appartement bien situé, agréable, mais manque de gestion locative.

L'emplacement et la taille du logement, le lave vaisselle est très pratique. Il y a des couettes supplémentaires, un thermostat qui règle la température automatiquement (bien isolé). Des transports en communs au pied de l'immeuble et à seulement quelques minutes à pied du centre.

Les escaliers sont très raides à la fois pour accéder au logement et pour accéder à la chambre / salle de bain et peu sécurisé (barre que d'un côté). Niveau propreté pas top : la table du salon noir de crayon, micro onde maculé de sauce tomate, dans la salle de bain il restait des cheveux dans l'évier et la baignoire. Des serviettes trouées. Sentiment général que le ménage n'a pas vraiment été fait. Le lave vaisselle n'est pas fixé au meuble de la cuisine et bascule quand on ouvre la porte Manque de produits essentiels (sel, poivre, économe, etc...).

Die Wohnung ist schön und für einen Städtetrip optimal gelegen. Wenn man nicht sehr Lautstärke empfindlich ist, ist sie

Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Aufteilung und da das Bad (Dusche) mit im Schlafzimmer integriert ist, ist es praktisch, dass das WC seperat ist. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Leider gibt es keinen Backofen. Die Gastgeber waren nach Kontaktaufnahme aber sehr entgegenkommend und haben sogar angeboten spontan noch einen seperaten Ofen vorbeizubringen (wegen Abreise am nächsten Tag, haben wir das nicht in Anspruch genommen) Die Terrasse ist süß & perfekt für lange Sommerabende. Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Auch die Reinigungskräfte waren freundlich, wir konnten sogar etwas früher in die Wohnung rein. Für einen Städtetrip ist die Lage optimal. (Zu beachten ist hier, dass die Parkplatzsituation in der Umgebung schwierig ist, wenn man mit dem Auto anreisen sollte)

Das ganze Haus ist unglaublich hellhörig, weshalb man sowohl aus dem Treppenhaus, als auch von der Wohnung oben drüber jeden kleinen Schritt gehört hat. Außerdem hat es an der Wohnungstür gezogen. Wir haben sie abgedeckt, um die Wärme im Raum zu halten. Es gibt nur eine Zentralheizung, was das gleichmäßige heizen erschwert hat. Im Bad ist Schimmel an der Decke. Das Treppenhaus ist sehr eng. Wir sind mit Hund angereist - dieser hat leider mehrere Kleinteile wie Strasssteine (vermutlich von Vormietern) und Porzellanscherben am Sofa gefunden.

Locatie en faciliteiten. Zeer complete inrichting in het gehele appartement, het ontbrak ons aan niets.

Alles was echt goed schoon, behalve de badkamer, ik trof nog haren in en op de wastafel en in de douche.

El sofà llit és el més cómode que hem provat mai. Els cafés que ens han deixat per l'estada i la ubicació.

Les escales de pujada donen una mica de vertigen, sobretot quan vas carregat amb maletes. Ens agradaria haver tingut una gerra per repartir l'aigua en els àpats que hem fet a casa. Un avís de que hi poden haver-hi mosquits per anar preparats també ens hagués agradat.

Toller Aufenthalt in einer modernen Wohnung in einer wunderschönen Stadt

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Man ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten in der Stadt, eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür, ein Bäcker mit frischen Backwaren in 3 Minuten erreichbar – zudem eine „Frituur" auf der anderen Straßenseite… Kleine Kneipen für einen Drink oder ein leckeres Abendessen befinden sich in direkter Nachbarschaft. Moderne Wohnung, ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr gut. Es wird sofort geantwortet und bei Problemen schnell und unkompliziert Hilfe angeboten. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Wohnung noch nicht gereinigt – aber ein Anruf genügte und nach 15 Minuten war die Reinigungskraft vor Ort und hat alles erledigt, was wir beanstandet hatten.

Sehr steile Treppen ins 2. OG. Für uns war das (noch) ok – für ältere Gäste oder Gehbehinderte – könnten diese beiden Treppen – mit Koffern und schweren Taschen – aber ein Problem darstellen… Durch die Lage in der Innenstadt ist es Nachts durch die o. g. Gastronomie und Straßenbahn relativ laut. Aber damit muss man rechnen, wenn man zentral in der City wohnt. Parkplätze sind nicht vorhanden – aber Parkhäuser in 10 Minuten Fußweg gut zu erreichen (24 Euro pro Tag). Aber auch hier – das ist durch die Lage in der Altstadt nicht zu vermeiden und wenn man sich vorher informiert ist das kein Problem. Sauberkeit der Wohnung bei Ankunft nicht ok – aber wie oben beschrieben, wurde sofort Abhilfe geschaffen – kann mal passieren… :-)

Apartamento perfeito para uma familia! Ficámos fãs de Ghent! Cidade linda

Gostei muito do apartamento pois estava muito bem equipado. Para uma familia com miudos foi muito prático ter tudo o que precisávamos. Super bem localizado fomos sempre a pé a todo o lado.

O único senão foi mesmo o estacionamento para o carro. Foi dificil. Quem nao precise de carro é o apartamento ideal. Gostei muito
