Do not stay here, just stay out of Ghent in general. Wouldn’t stay here again if it was free

Nothing to like about this place apart from our bed was comfy and clean which was lucky going by other reviews

Everything. Whole place smells like sewage, no numbers on the doors on top floor. The pictures on booking.com are completely misleading, you cannot see how grotty and run down it is. Exposed wiring on ceiling light, two plugs only for the whole of the upstairs bedroom, crap decorating; Stevie Wonder could do better We booked because of a kitchen but it would be unusable because it was filled with someone’s damp washing. Also no plug sockets anywhere near the bed they just placed lamps there to make it look like there was, wifi barely reaches top floor.

Bad unresponsive hosts.

Comfort

Instructions weren’t given until hours after arrival which made it very hard to enter the place. According to neighbours other guests sometimes don’t even get inside because the codes don’t work. Unless you’re in absolute dire need, don’t book this place.

La chambre est très agréable et spacieuse, la localisation est top

Nous sommes restés bloqué 2h hors de l’appartement car le code de la porte ne fonctionnait plus. Heureusement cela était dans l’après midi et non en plein milieu de la nuit. De plus, le proprio n’est pas très agréable, très loin et ghost des qu’il ne sait pas comment répondre à nos solicitations. Les équipement sont vieux et de très mauvaise qualité (poêles en tefal très abîmée=cancer). Il n’y a pas de volets car «ce n’était pas précisé dans l’annonce» donc nous avons été réveillé très tôt dans la matinée

Hors le bon emplacement du logement, on a passé une nuit decévante, vu le rapport qualité/ prix .

Le petit déj. n’était pas compris dans le forfait

Fuites importantes au niveau du velux de la chambre avec une mini inondation pendant la nuit. Il faut mentionner aussi le manque de la pression d'eau lavabo/ douche et la coupure pur et simple de l'alimentation du wc en eau qui est resté rempli toute la nuit, empestant toute la salle de bain .

BUENA UBICACIÓN

Muy buena ubicación, la cama era súper cómoda y la habitación estaba bastante bien de tamaño.

No habían persianas, ni cortinas y eso te quitaba mucha privacidad, era ruidoso y podría estar más limpio, entre las bigas habían telarañas y la ducha se notaba q le faltaba pasar un trapo con lejia mas notablemente, las paredes del baño tenían humedades.
