Location fantastic. Close enough to walk to all attractions, water front bars and restaurants. Very clean. AC worked well for both cool and heat. Couldn't comment on staff as never saw any, didnt need to, but communications were sent out in good time with entry codes etc. 2nd time staying there and noticed couple of things from last year like the bin lid in the bathroom had broken off and one of the towel hooks had snapped off. Didn't impact the stay in any way and would definitely stay again, just the first signs of wear and tear and lacking maybe diligent maintenance. Couldn't fault the cleanliness. Had everything you could need in a kitchen. The only other thing I would mention is there is no full length mirror. Not an issue to a lot of people but I struggled using my reflection in the tv. A very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again.

This is a great place to stay = perfect for a couple. Bed is in separate space from living room area, so plenty of space. Big windows that look out on a quiet but interesting street. Good kitchen with all we needed, though we did not cook. Very comfortable bed and large shower. Separate toilet from shower room. Perfect location - easy walk to lots of great sights to see and explore; and restaurants and shops a few steps away. Also very quiet. Has aircon - much appreciated for a good sleep in this hot weather. Great communication from host and we were able to store our bags for a few hours after check out which was much appreciated.

No English breakfast tea bags. We had a small coffee pod issue as there was one stuck in the machine still - great to have good coffee though but a couple more pods would have been nice, especially as no tea bags - but this was not really a "not like of the place" at all and would definitely stay again and do highly recommend. Also for host information - 1 tv remote did not work but the other worked on both tv's so not a problem and i'm sure will be easily remedied by host.
