Great location with a few issues

Very central, the food downstairs was good value, and the cost tbh, was reasonable.

However, The only Toilet doesn't flush properly, its mentioned in a previous review and hasn't been fixed, The room were cold on arrival, tho the bedrooms heated up at 18.00. The living room was unusable, and the cooler tho we didn't need it, needs new bearings as it makes alot of noise. The WiFi code is hard to decipher, we never got logged on. The. Stairs up are exceptionally steep, and we're hard to bring our cases in and out, again wr were grateful a lad from the restaurant helped us get them in. ** these stairs are not suitable for young families, older or less mobile people. The single bed base collapses, again mentioned in a prior review. Remember it is situated in the very centre, so its a very old house. The design is quirky, and quite male. Read all the reviews, as i agreed with them

Amazing location.

Amazing location, literally in the centre of the city. Amazing view of the churches. Also very comfortable layout and furniture. The apartment is above the NUB burger restaurant, so just come in before closing or contact them on whatsapp to get into the restaurant. It's a hidden gem. Also 50% discount at the restaurant for people staying at the apartment.

Great location and value for money - with some quirks

Great location right at the heart of Ghent. could walk to all the attractions and restaurants/bars from the unit very easily. Fairly spacious unit with two separate bedrooms, separate kitchen, loft with sofa beds and a terrace!

No shower (only bathtub with a shower wand) was very awkward. The whole apartment layout is very 'quirky' and spread out over 2.5 floors. Overall cleanliness could be much better, a bit in run-down shape. access to the unit is via the restaurant downstairs which was a bit odd, esp. when we had to leave/enter early in the morning or late at night when it was closed (shutter remote to the restaurant main entry was provided though).

Location of this place is good but need many improvements.

Location was good. Near everything. There is lot of room for improvement because the place is very spacious. Staff was helpful.

It was not comfortable. Noisy place because there is a bus and tram station right in front of the room. Stairs to the room were very narrow. No working fans in the room. Very disconnected place. Toilet and shower were separate. No sink in the toilet. No standing shower in the bathroom. No toiletries provided. WiFi does not worked. Staff tried to provide second WiFi router but it failed too.

Esperienza incredibile. Appartamento grande comodo e che non ti aspetti

Posizione centrale, con affaccio diretto sulla chiesa di San Nicola, sopra ai mercatini di Natale, ma silenziosa, molto spaziosa, adatta anche a molti ospiti, dotata di terrazza con sedie, comodissima come punto di partenza per visitare Gand

Non si capiva che l’ingresso era dal ristorante e non sapevamo a chi chiedere. Fortunatamente un cameriere che era fuori a fumare ci ha visto spersi davanti al locale e ci ha detto che l’accesso all’appartamento era proprio all’interno del locale stesso. Fuori dal locale c’era un locker con le chiavi di cui ci ha subito fornito il codice in quel momento. I lavoratori del ristorante nub sono la reception.

Wc functioneerde niet goed, geur van het restaurant beneden was intens in het huis, van het een persoonsbed was de lattenbodem te klein waardoor het matras door het bed zakt.

Excelente ubicación y los chicos del bar q nos recibieron Súper súper amables y muy atentos Todo lo cocina completamente nuevo, estuvo muy bien

La calefacción es muy poca y entonces deberían de calentar el piso antes q llegue uno porq mientras se calienta y la colocan hace mucho frío y la planta de arriba no tiene calefacción si no un aparatico pequeño eléctrico

Gent was heerlijk, verblijf kon beter.

Locatie was perfect, midden in het centrum. Dit kwam helaas ook met nadelen

Geluidsoverlast in de "master bedroom" was zeer aanwezig. De WC werkte niet optimaal (spoelbak bleef vollopen). Badkamer was niet superschoon, en echt niet "van deze tijd"

La falta de información por el anfitrión de cómo había q acceder al alojamiento por un restaurante, cuyos responsables fueron muy amables y nos dieron todas las facilidades. El baño es muy raro y anticuado

De hamburgerlucht van t restaurant beneden rook je goed in de keuken De wc was niet betrouwbaar met doorspoelen ( knop schoot niet terug waardoor water bleef lopen)

De wc werkte niet goed. Erg vervelend. Werd wel gelijk gemaakt na melding maar kort daarna weer defect. Dus niet echt goed gemaakt. We konden de wc niet gebruiken en dit was erg vervelend. Verder vonden we het niet zo'n schoon appartement.

Séjour en famille dans un appartement spacieux et idéalement localisé mais qui nécessiterait un rafraîchissement

La localisation est exceptionnelle, l’appartement est très spacieux et c’est un diamant à l’état brute. Une entrée atypique ! Il serait aussi nécessaire d’indiquer que le logement est à l’intérieur du smash Burger pour faciliter l’accès aux invités. Une personne très serviable, nous a montrer le logement. Un wifi correct, une invitation au fast-food à 50%, des équipements corrects

Un diamant a l’état brut nécessite d’être taillé. Des finitions doivent être réalisées :sommier cassé, lampe pendue, une porte dans le vide, drap pour le canapé lit, une odeur de renfermé (une ventilation serait vraiment très utile pour la salle de bain et la cuisine) et l’insonorisation pourrait être améliorée.

Una experiencia diferente en alojamientos

Es un sitio en pleno de Gantes,duermes enfrente de una maravillosa iglesia gótica. Impresionante! La terraza exterior es muy cómoda, junto con la estancia superior, con dos sofás cama muy cómodos.

Uff, la limpieza no me gustó, no estaba agusto porque los baños estaban sucios. Al principio, fue extraño porque entras por un restaurante, subes unas escaleras negras super empinadas, llegas a los servicios del bar y subes otras escaleras hasta el apartamento. Hasta ahí bien, te encuentras un baño con un wáter, una habitación y la cocina. Subes otras escaleras y ves la terraza (nos gustó mucho), subes otros peldaños y tienes el baño con la bañera y dos lavabos, justo al lado una habitación con cama de matrimonio muy oscura y al abrir las contraventanas, vemos la iglesia! Subes otros peldaños y das a una zona muy bonita con los dos sofás camas y un comedor amplio. En definitiva, no apto para personas en baja forma física. La primera noche no dormimos, ya que se escucha todo lo de la calle, ya después nos acostumbramos. En fin, es muy pintoresco, la verdad, pero la ubicación es inmejorable. Si vas, compra lejía y tapones para los oídos.

Amplio, cómodo y céntrico.

Departamento completo amplio con mini terraza, muy agradable y en el puro centro. Cuenta con dos habitaciones una de ellas muy amplia, ambas con TV. Sala de estar amplia en ático la cual cumple como tercera habitación con dos sofás cama y una gran pantalla de TV. Cuenta con cocina completa lo cual es muy agradable cuando se viaja en familia. El toilet se encuentra separado de la bañera lo cual es un poquito incómodo pero con lo cual se puede trabajar. No hay ducha solo bañera lo cual a mi criterio también es algo incómodo. Ropa de cama y paños muy bien. Usó de wifi sin problemas. El personal siempre atento y muy flexible para guardar nuestro equipaje tanto a la llegada como a la salida. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme acá.
