Het terras, het uitzicht op de kerk, het historische gebouw (wat helaas wel wat verpest is door de hamburgertent die beneden zit en waar je dóórheen moet om bij je appartement moet komen. Wel weer grappig dat je een afstandsbediening krijgt om het rolluik van de hamburgertent te openen, na sluitingstijd

De geur in de keuken (erg muf) maar dat kwam misschien omdat het appartement wat langer had leeggestaan? De kamer helemaal boven is leuk maar wel wat laag. Geluidsoverlast van uitgaanspubliek/schoonmaakwerkzaamheden op straat als je de ramen open hebt staan

La ubicación es perfecta. La casa es chula.

Al baño le falta iluminación y es un poco incomodo. La habitación pequeña olia mal, un olor entre hamburguesa y humedad. La cocina olia a humedad. En los meses de verano ya deben plantearse el aire acondicionado un ventilador ya no es suficiente.

The location is right downtown so walking distance to a lot of areas. It was nice to have a back terrace. The staff at the restaurant helped make our stay much more pleasant (they deserve a high rating). Having a washer was a requirement for this part of our trip. It worked once the we figured out how to start it and instructions in English on it's operation would be beneficial. The layout of the apartment is rather unique.

Based on it's present condition, this would be a location which would be more appropriate for a group of young guys . The wifi did not work (and hasn't reliably based on other reviews). Like others mentioned, the slats on the single bed fell through the frame. We had to rig it up with trash bags to pull the frame together. The stairs are steep getting to the room and the handle on one door within the stairs to the accommodation floor needs repaired. The combination shower/tub is not ideal for older people. Based on the smell within the place, the kitchen (and I suspect the washing machine drain) are not up to code as the kitchen drain did not have a P-Trap. Others have referenced a "restaurant smell" but I believe the plumbing in the kitchen is not up to code and it is a sewer smell. Pictures are below.
