The location is very convenient because it is 10mins walking distance from both the city center and the Dampoort station. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well equiped. The apartment was very lovely, and Ria was a great host! Although we didn’t need much during our stay, Ria made sure we would not hesitate to ask, and she had prepared maps, brochures and suggestions for activities. The apartment itself was very clean, very modern, and quite spacious. The location was great too.

This holiday home was so comfortable, had everything we needed and well located. Ria met us at check in and showed us around, even let us drop our bags off early which was very kind.

Very large, warm, good facilities, friendly hosts

Need to know that parking nearby isn’t possible. It is a short walk away which was fine for us but might not suit everyone. Property has stairs and no lift. Again no problem for us but less able might struggle. Make sure you’re clear which apartment you are booking as there are several.

This place was wonderful - spacious, modern, lots of light. Great location walking distance to all sites, near the train station and very quiet. The hosts are wonderful and took time to suggest the restaurants and sites to visit.

Comfortable, homely, beautiful stay

The location was exceptional, walking distance Gent centre, breweries on the outskirt and train station. The appartement self was very spacious, comfortable and also very quiet, which makes for a good night rest. Visited the Lokerse Feesten for a couple of days and the small 15 minute walk to the train station or parking lot was nice. Staying in Ghent is highly recommended when visiting Lokerse Feesten, lots of things to see and do while waiting for the evening music. The host, Ria, is very nice and helpful. Provided us with lots of information about the city and its attractions (food, beers, walking routes etc) Definitely would go again!

Perfect stay. The host was super friendly and responsive, the apartment was very clean, quite, and had all little details right (hygiene products, towels, coffee/tea, local recommendations etc.). Also the neighbourhood is great, bordering the heart of the city centre, so it's a 5-10 minute walk to the center with being safe and quite at the same time.

Nothing I did not like. Future travelers should know that there is no elevator to take you to the first and second floor where the apartments are. This was not a problem for us.

Fabulous stay in Ghent, great city, superb apartment.

Wow, more than excellent! We had a fabulous time and Ria was an outstanding host. The accomodation was brilliantly situated just a few minutes walk from the centre and was in a very quiet area - we slept very well. The accomodation was very clean and well equipped and spacous. It was warm enough and relaxing. Ria was an excellent communicator, and we always felt that if we needed anything she would always help. I really cannot recommend highly enough - hope to return!

Superb apartment close to the centre of Ghent and run by lovely hosts.

No breakfast(which was fine by me), but there was plenty of coffee and a few free drinks in the fridge. . I liked the way I was met by the hosts. They were really nice and very helpful, regarding places to eat and drink; directions into town; facilities in the apartment....very comprehensive. The bed was comfortable,the apartment clean, the shower warm...and plenty of cooking facilities if needed. Totally satisfied and recommended.

Fabulous place!

Well, what can I say? Ria and Tom's place is absolutely stunning! Not only was the room beautifully done up, it was also spotlessly, or should I say, squeaky clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The photos do no justice, reality looks better. Tom and Ria were a very sweet couple, ever helpful in providing us with information on Ghent and helping us with our luggage up the stairs. Really appreciate it and also appreciate the ride to the train station that Tom gave us since it was a public holiday. Thanks Ria and Tom. We will definitely recommend your place to anyone visiting Ghent.

Very enjoyable stay in a beautiful part of the world.

Very friendly hosts and lots of nice touches within the accommodation, a lot of effort made to provide informative information such as places to eat, drink and things to do, we tried some of them and weren't disappointed. The place was extremely clean and the spacious bedroom had a really comfortable bed.
