Great characteristic city escape apartment with pleasant owners.

Very spacious and light apartment with well equipped kitchen, nicely styled and in a modern developing district of dok noord. Owners are very fast and pleasant in communication. Lots of nice books to read or cook from.

There were some mosquitoes, take that into account if you are allergic

Beautiful home from home

Having own front door. Spacious, modern, well appointed apartment. Lots of books, art and character. Two toilets! Good location, quiet residential area, not too far to walk to city centre. Also bus stop very close. Excellent Dok Noord development nearby with good supermarket, bars and restaurants. Apartment instructions and welcome very good. Safety equipment good.

No views or access to private pool / garden area. No washing machine. Metal staircase steep and slippery. Anti slip tape on treads would be good addition.

sehr stilvoll eingerichtete, sehr gut ausgestattete, gut gelegene Wohnung, zentraler und ruhig

Herausragend ausgestattet, sehr stilvoll, wunderbare Einrichtung, alles da (5 Pfannen in der Küche, jede Menge Geschirr, super Equipment), sehr gut gelegen (nahe Zentrum und dennoch nicht touristisch), sehr gute, unproblematische Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, ruhiger Lage, besser geht es nicht.

Très bien situé, meublé et aménagé avec goût. C'est cosy et on s'y sent bien. Jolien et Hakim ont pensé à tout. Localisation parfaite.

Nous avons apprécié le fait de pouvoir disposer d'une maison individuelle très confortable, indépendante, au calme et très lumineuse.

Nous avons tout apprécié. Nous suggérons toutefois quelques points à améliorer : - Manque d'éponges pour faire la vaisselle (lorsqu'on la fait à la main bien qu'il y ait un lave-vaisselle...) pour récurer les casseroles si besoin, pour nettoyer l'évier et le lavabo. - Manque de torchons (un seul pour 3 jours à utiliser à la fois pour la vaisselle et pour les mains c'est un peu juste...) - Absence d'essoreuse à salade. Ce ne sont que des points de détails mais qui pourraient améliorer le confort. C'est en ce sens que nous formulons cette remarque. Autre suggestion, importante celle là : envoyer l'adresse précise de la maison dès la réservation confirmée et le paiement effectué pourrait être pratique. Nous avions imprimé la réservation Booking qui ne comportait que le nom de la rue... sans indication de numéro. Cette information figurait dans le courriel reçu la veille mais pour ceux qui par précaution impriment les informations à l'avance... :-( Résultat : nous avons arpenté la rue dans tous les sens mais personne ne connaissait la Casa Mina ! Nous avons fini par appeler et heureusement la propriétaire était là. Elle a pu très gentiment nous accueillir après cette grosse frayeur.
