Good value apartment

Good value. Very comfortable. Quite quiet, although we were on top floor, so probably the best accommodation to get as no one above or to the sides.

It was a little out the centre, but we enjoyed the walk and public transport was close by.

Scam : the place is not what it is described to be and the owner doesn't care about his guests.

Horrible location, old house, the property is not as listed on booking.com, the owner doesn't know how to discuss with people and insults you when you make a request for something that you paid for. Very disappointed with this listing, nothing positive to say.

The place is listed as a two-bedroom appartment/studio in a house (guesthouse), but in fact there are two rooms on the top floor of an old house, that are not separated at all from the rest of the house, be very careful about this. It is just two separate rooms being rented, and when you exit them you are in the corridor of the building, as there is no separation between the building and the rooms, as should have been the case for a studio/appartment. Also, the owner will not care about this argument when you explain that you booked the place because you needed an actual appartment, as he described the property to be on booking.com, he will just tell you how it is OK because you book two rooms and you get two rooms. The place was dirty when we arrived, with dirty sheets lying on the tables from the previous people, although we arrived at 6PM, that is 4 hours after the check-in time, which is what we were fully entitled to do. The owner said he was expecting us later based on our initial booking (we had indicated a tentative 3 AM at night) and made excuses about how we had been at work and that his girlfriend is crying because of the mess I was making. As guests, you are allowed to arrive at any time after the check-in time and the owner should not look for excuses for why he hasn't prepared the rooms before the check-in time, regardless of the tentative arrival time that you may have indicated. Also, to be honest, in the conversation with this owner it is clear that he doesn't care at all about his guests as he doesn't try to make anything to fix his mistakes, on the contrary he starts making inappropriate comments and calling his guests "frustrated" and things like that. We have decided not to stay there in these conditions and it was very hard, as we had two young kids with us and needed the place to be OK and to conform to what we had booked.

A good nights sleep was had!

It’s decorated well and the host we met were lovely, we stayed on the top floor and all windows had blinds and beds were comfy including the sofa bed

We didn’t feel the description matched the layout but managed, there is one toilet in the bedroom with a wooden screen and another shared bathroom downstairs. Stairs very steep and we travelled with a walking one year old so wouldn’t say it was ideal as no stair gate so baby couldn’t walk between rooms and meant having to go into the others bedroom in the night to use the toilet. No milk provided for hot drinks and no sink plug

Clean apartment in quiet area with helpful host.

The place was very neat and clean and situated in a quiet area. We had a "problem" and the host/owner went out of his way to try and help us.

We travelled as two couples (1 double bed and 1 sofa), but I think the place is more ideal for a single couple or family. The bathroom is inside the bedroom with no separate entrance.

Delizioso e comodo appartamento ubicato al l'ultimo piano di una palazzina storica, ristrutturata in maniera suggestiva, completa di tutti i servizi... Particolari le ripida scale in legno, sicuramente non adatte ad anziani e a persone con problemi di deambulazione. Ottima la posizione per raggiungere comodamente il centro storico.

Charmant und gemütlich

Charmantes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement in einem alten Haus. Die Innenstadt ist fussläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter waren sehr bemüht und entgegenkommend.

Die zweite Schlafgelegenheit befindet sich in der Küche, das war uns vorab nicht ganz klar. Im Bad wären ein paar Haken für die Handtücher zu begrüßen und ein zusätzliches kleines Handtuch für die Hände wäre auch nicht verkehrt.

Sahipleri her şeyi en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünmüş. Evde temel malzemeler (Şampuan,tuz,yağ vb) vardı. Ayrıca bizim için kahve bırakmışlardı. Gayet temiz ve düzenliydiOdalar ferah ve aydınlıktı, merkeze çok yakındı.

Merdivenleri aşırı dar ama ev eski bir ev, o yüzden normal olduğunu düşünüyorum. Sokak çok gürültülü, sabaha kadar ses hiç bitmiyor.

Agradable estancia.

Había que caminar un ratito pero lo sabíamos. Fue un agradable paseo. Los anfitriones estuvieron muy pendientes de cualquier demanda que tuvimos.

El baño dentro de la habitación no tenía división (solo un biombo) lo que hacía inexistente la intimidad. Había otro baño en las instalaciones pero estaba en otro piso y era de uso compartido. Faltaban percheros para las toallas una vez usadas. También eché de menos algún sitio dónde colocar la ropa dentro de las habitaciones.

El alojamiento se corresponde a la descripción y fotos de la publicación. El anfitrión es muy amable, contesta inmediatamente a cualquier duda. Nos dejaron dejar las maletas después de hacer checkout Hay una parking cerca y se puede ir andando al centro sin problemas.

Mooi en ruim appartement in Gent

De locatie was geweldig! Op 10 minuten lopen van het centrum van Gent. Ook kregen we een goede aanbeveling voor een gratis parkeerplaats in de buurt. Bij aankomst konden we met een toegangscode naar binnen. Bij de kamer lagen de sleutels op tafel. Alles was zéér netjes en de kamers waren erg ruim. We hadden de eerste avond geen warm water, maar na een berichtje kwamen ze het direct regelen. Al met al een aanrader om hier naar toe te gaan. Als wij weer in Gent zijn gaan we hier zeker nog eens naar terug.

Iniziamo col dire che il quartiere è in periferia quartiere degradato della città, accesso alle stanze veramente difficoltoso per scala fortemente in pendenza e gradini strettissimi. La struttura era male odorante, si sentivano odori di scarichi bagno. Una volta arrivati al Piano abbiamo scoperto che la camera matrimoniale non corrispondeva alle foto inserite sul sito, allego le mie . I letti erano in condizioni indecenti, allego foto. Il proprietario si è giustificato dicendo che era solo un problema di stiratura, ma vi assicuro che le lenzuola avevano un colore tendente al bianco grigio, allego foto, con macchie. Abbiamo anche scoperto che il bagno fotografato era praticamente interno alla stanza matrimoniale non ha porte quindi la tazza del wc è nella camera da letto unica protezione un separè in paglia. Il bagno della seconda stanza era al primo piano e nella doccia c'erano delle mutande appese allego foto, ed era in condizioni pietose La cucina era era sporchissima allego foto . Il proprietario si è giustificato dicendo che non ero andata con lo spirito giusto che ero ospite nella loro casa(a €150 euro però) e che non potevo pretendere di più visto che era casa sua . Non capisco come una struttura del genere possa avere un punteggio del genere. Succo non abbiamo soggiornato siamo scappati a gambe levate all'Ibis a 3 km a €50 in meno super pulito super attrezzato forse lì ero dello spirito giusto chissà...... non abbiamo ricevuto nessun tipo di rimborso. Scappate a gambe levate!!!!

Bien para pocos días y si no tienes movilidad reducida

Hay que explicar que el alojamiento es un poco particular: en realidad son dos habitaciones separadas en las que en una está la cama y el baño (sin puerta) y en la otra un sofá-cama grande y la cocina. Partiendo de esa base y hablando de cosas positivas: Las habitaciones son espaciosas, están limpias. Las camas son grandes y cómodas (también el sofá-cama). Hay un poco de todo: secador de pelo, cafetera nespresso, microondas, nevera, útiles de cocina, café, te, azúcar, leche en polvo, etc. La zona es bastante tranquila, o sea, no está en el centro. Los anfitriones son muy amables y están pendientes de lo que puedas necesitar y te ayudan en lo que les pidas.

Como ya he dicho, el baño (servicio, ducha y lavabo) está en la misma habitación sin paredes ni puerta; eso requiere que quien se aloje ahí tenga confianza suficiente para hacer sus necesidades delante del otro/a (o coordinarse muy bien) y que los que duerman ahí tengan claro que probablemente tendrán olores desagradables (a pesar de que hay instalado un sistema de ventilación automático que parece eficiente, lo cierto es que a veces es insuficiente). Hay que decir que te permiten utilizar el otro baño (que es común a otras dos habitaciones que hay en el edificio) pero hay que bajar y subir escaleras (y son complicadas, como ahora contaré) Como decía, otro problema fue el acceso: las habitaciones están en un segundo piso sin ascensor y las escaleras son muy empinadas y estrechas; tanto subir como bajar puede ser complicado. No apto para personas con movilidad reducida. Está situado en un barrio periférico que está a unos 20 minutos a pie aunque bien comunicado (tiene una parada de autobús al lado y una de tranvía a unos 50m) El edificio es antiguo y por eso tiene algunas deficiencias propias de esa circunstancia, las escaleras (que ya he comentado) y también las puertas que cuestan de cerrar y hacen ruido (a nosotros nos llamaron la atención por hacer ruido antes de las nueve porque íbamos de una habitación a la otra por la mañana y con el ruido de las puertas y las conversaciones los otros inquilinos se molestaron, seguramente eran demasiado quisquillosos pero hay que ir con cuidado, incluso con el ruido normal).

Lugar coqueto cerca del centro

La habitación es preciosa, la decoración es genial, la cama enorme y muy cómoda. Se nota que Geraldine y su pareja cuidan muchos los detalles ya que en el alojamiento había juegos de mesa, cápsulas de café, bolsas de té, algodones desmaquillantes … Un sitio ideal desde luego.

La cocina y salón y la habitación están separadas. El baño no tiene pared tiene un biombo que lo separa de la habitación y recomiendo poner una escobilla de váter.
