Tres propre. Appartement bien agencé, pas de perte de place. GAND centre ville facile d'accès depuis les lignes de bus 40, 41 et 42 à moins de 10min de marche à pied. Facile de communiquer avec l'hote. Parking souterrain pour la voiture. Grande terrasse. Grande baies vitrées.

Lage an der Autobahn für Ausflüge nach Brüssel, Antwerpen und Brügge sehr gut, in puncto Geräuschkulisse nicht so ganz gut.

Sehr viel Platz. Toll war, dass die Küche so gut ausgestattet war und es so viele Gewürze gab. Ein sehr schöner Park in der Nähe.
Wir hätten uns über Nachttisch Lampen gefreut.Und vorab schon die Info, dass es einen sehr guten Fahrradschuppen gibt. Das Gebäude gegenüber ist sehr laut und es gibt keine Beschattung auf der Terrasse. Eine Erklärung für die Lüftung oder Kühlung der Wohnung wäre hilfreich.

Krásný vzdušný prostor, skvěle vybavená kuchyně, oddělený záchod, prostorná terasa, spolehlivý internet, blízko MHD.
Apartmán je orientovaný na jih a nemá klimatizaci - při venkovních teplotách přes 30°C se apartmán velmi rychle zahřívá a vše doslova sálalo teplem. Větrání přes noc sice pomáhá, ovšem provoz dálnice a silnice doslova kousek od apartmánu generoval dost hluku. Výtku máme opravdu ale jen ke klimatizaci.
