Great location, close to train station -ideal for travelling to other cities in Belgium. (we travelled to Bruges and Antwerp, which was very straightforward and inexpensive) Comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms. Had the weather been warmer we would probably have appreciated the air conditioning too. Small but well-equipped kitchen.
We appreciate that this is an old building, but the stairs up to the 3rd floor didn't feel totally safe as they were narrow, especially where they curved round at the top of each flight. Although there was a handrail, this was missing from the last few steps where they curved which made them difficult to negotiate, particularly when carrying luggage. Also the door off the kitchen to the balcony area did not appear to fit properly so we could hear noise through it, although it did not affect us much (but might be draughty in cold weather)

Very easy location for travelling as it's so close to Gent-Sint Peter's station. Very comfortable apartment, given the heat wave, air conditioning in every room was very welcome We had a very comfortable stay
It's a bit further out from the main attractions but it's so easy to catch trams that this really wasn't an issue

Prachtige inrichting. Fijne bedden en mooie badkamer. De ligging is perfect en fijn dat wij gebruik konden maken van de parkeerplaats.

Really lovely apartment. Very comfortable with effective air con in every room. Owner was very responsive and helpful where possible
Parking was not straightforward Please be aware there are 3 steep flights of stairs to reach the apartment
