The communication with the host was excellent. He was very attentive, and the check-in process was smooth and straightforward. The location is very convenient, right next to the central station. The apartment itself is extremely comfortable, cozy, and spotless. It comes fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, as well as plenty of bath towels and bed linens for a pleasant stay.
As a small note for future guests, the apartment has an open-plan layout where one of the bedrooms is actually integrated with the living room and kitchen (similar to a studio setup), rather than having two separate enclosed bedrooms. Additionally, being so close to the central station means the area is quite busy, making street parking very difficult both day and night. Since there is no dedicated parking on site, using a nearby private parking garage is the best option.

Location in a pretty residential area and close to the station, clean, modern fittings
There are 50 stairs to this apartment and the second bed is in the living area and is not a separate bedroom

Lovely apartment. Had everything we needed. Communication with the host was clear and easy. Very close to train station which was convenient both on arrival and for day excursions. Quiet and bright
The location was perfect for us ( near the train) but be aware it is not in the centre of Ghent. You need to take a tram
