Très bel appartement, très joliment décoré avec du mobilier haut de gamme ainsi que de l’électroménager de qualité. Nous avions du thé et du café à disposition, et également des pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle.
Le propriétaire était très réactif, répondait rapidement à nos questions et nous avait envoyé un guide complet sur la ville.
La proximité avec la gare et le centre-ville qui était à environ 30 mns à pied. Nous avons trouvé un stationnement facilement dans la rue, c’était gratuit le dimanche sinon c’était 9€ pour 5 h les autres jours.
L’escalier un peu raide et étroit pour monter jusqu’au 3 e étage mais ça allait…Il y a des appartements aux étages inférieurs. Il ne faut pas oublier que c’est un immeuble ancien de style art déco qui a été superbement rénové.

The apartment has high end appliances, good and comfortable furniture, enough cups, glasses and cutlery. You find coffee and tea in the kitchen, as well as pots, pans and a dish washer. Spacious toilet, the whole place feels cozy and well thought. The location is great! 3 minutes from the Tram that takes you in 10 minutes to the center. There is a small supermarket 3 minutes walking, and a bakery around the corner.
Oliver was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and always available to help, no matter the time of day. We especially loved the location of the apartment and its decoration; it felt very welcoming and comfortable.
The apartment is very close to the train station, which makes it an excellent base for visiting other cities in Belgium. Having a tram stop right in front of the building was also a great advantage and made exploring Ghent extremely easy. One of our favorite things was having our morning coffee on the balcony.
The apartment could benefit from a full-length mirror and a few additional mirrors, especially for guests getting ready in a group. Other than that, everything met our expectations.
