Casa Clementina - 3 Bedroom Apartment in a Art-Nouveau House

Olivier hat uns mit der Buchung gleich alle wichtigen Tipps zur Anreise, den Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort, dem Check-In und -Out sowie den Möglichkeiten rund um das Apartment mitgegeben. So haben wir uns sofort sehr willkommen gefühlt. Über die Türcodes konnten wir problemlos und schnell einchecken. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr hochwertig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es mangelt an nichts, sogar Kaffeekapseln lagen bereit. Handtücher wurden in mehr als ausreichender Zahl zur Verfügung gestellt, und auch Verbrauchsgüter für Bad, WC und Küche waren vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Kühlschrank und Eisfach waren in Betrieb, so dass wir unsere Einkäufe direkt verstauen konnten. Die Zimmeraufteilung war sehr gut geeignet für unsere Reisegruppe (2 Paare, 1 Kind). Bad, WC (getrennt), Küche und der angeschlossene kleine Balkon waren für alle jederzeit gut erreichbar. Die Beleuchtung war sehr stimmungsvoll, und das Fenster zur Straße im Erker lud zum Lesen und Verweilen ein. Der große Tisch im Wohn-/Schlafzimmer war großzügig und ermöglichte ein gemütliches Zusammensitzen, Spielen und Essen. Alle drei Schlafzimmer waren mit TV ausgestattet. Die Zimmer waren ruhig, die Betten sehr bequem. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Die Umgebung ist ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Eine Straße mit tollen Fassaden, der Bahnhof Sint-Pieter in kurzer Entfernung. So kann man bequem mit der Tram in die Stadt fahren. Ein Dayshop in der Nachbarschaft bot tagsüber außerdem die Möglichkeit, ein paar kleine Besorgungen zu machen.

We stayed here as a group of six with two young kids. The location is perfect, right near the train station, so it was easy to get to, and the city trams were right there for getting to the castle, etc. The host, Olivier, was so helpful. Very easy communication and lots of recommendations for where to eat, do laundry, etc. We really felt cared for and welcomed. Neighborhood felt safe, and the building is beautiful, with unique peacock tile on the facade. This was our favorite place of the whole European family trip.

Note that you have to pass from one bedroom through the middle bedroom to get to the bathroom. This was no problem for us, as it let us keep a close eye on the kids.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. The place was modern, cosy and beautifully maintained. Everything was exceptionally clean, organised and clearly well thought through and prepared for guests. We especially loved how much natural light the apartment had, and the balcony was such a lovely bonus to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The location was also excellent and made getting around very easy. The host was incredibly kind, communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience — we would happily stay here again.

Prachtig / stijlvol appartement met heel veel smaak ingericht - super mooi interieur. Heel goede ligging nabij Sint-Pieterstation. Van alle comfort voorzien. Heel goede bedden en douche. Zeer vlot contact met de eigenaar, reageert onmiddellijk bij vragen.

Niets - alles was echt perfect !
