Vorsicht! Völlig abgelebt und verdeckt.

Unkompliziertes Einchecken möglich. Aussicht auf die Kirche.

Leider ist das auf den Bildern (die offensichtlich nachbearbeitet sind) schöne Appartment völlig verdreckt und verschlissen. In aller Kürze: Überall an Türen, Lichtschaltern, Wänden, Heizkörpern sowie Fliesen und Fugen Verschmutzungen und Beschädigungen. Auch ist deutlich zu riechen, dass in einzelnen Zimmern geraucht wurde. Auch Textilien wie Sitzbezüge, Bettwäsche, Tischläufer und Untersetzer waren schmutzig und teilweise mit Essensresten verschmutzt. In der Küche waren neben einer vollkommen verdreckten Kaffeemaschine auch sämtliche Schubladen verschmutzt und der Backofen wahrscheinlich nie gereinigt worden. Zahlreiche verschiedene eingebrannte Essensrückstände. Unisolierte offene Kabel gehörten ebenfalls dazu. Das Badezimmer: Wir wissen nicht, wie die vorherigen Bewertungen zustande gekommen sind. Praktisch jede Ecke, Armatur, Keramik ist verschmutzt oder beschädigt. Sicherheit: Die Eingangstüre zum Haus ließ sich nicht verschliesen und war defekt. Die Eingangstüre zum Appartment zeigte zahlreiche Einbruchsspuren und wäre außerdem mit einem Ruck auch abgeschlossen zu öffnen gewesen. Wir könnten hier noch weiter ausführen, was wir in dem Appartment vorgefunden haben und bitten Sie, sich einfach die Bilder in Ruhe anzusehen. Wir sind direkt ohne Aufenthalt nach der Besichtigung wieder gegangen. So etwas haben wir wirklich noch nie erlebt, dass ein Appartment auf den Bildern so schön ist und sich in Wirklichkeit in so einem Zustand präsentiert. Mit einer noch so gründlichen Reinigung wäre das nicht zu beheben gewesen. Schade!

Absence de box fermé pour les vélos malgré nos demandes avant le séjour. Finalement, nous avons pu stocker les vélos dans un débarras car nous avons croisé l'hôte par hasard

ZEKER een aanrader en kom vast eens terug

De locatie is prima gelegen en je loopt (1,3 km) door leuke gezellige straten met verrassende winkeltjes naar het prachtige centrum van Gent.

In de slaapkamers wellicht iets bredere gordijnen met betrekking tot de lichtinval.

Fijn, ruim en net appartement op rustige locatie in Gent.

Het was een nieuwe accommodatie dus alles was nieuw en zag er top uit. Het appartement is heel ruim, netjes, fijn ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Inclusief een heerlijk terras. De locatie was prima in een leuke wijk, ongeveer 20 minuutjes lopen naar het centrum. Host Kubi was super behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
