Beautiful apartment!

The apartment was perfect! Big well organised and clean. Is close to the city center. 20 min from train station and 20 min from city center.

The heating was too high and no instructions on how to turn it down. Not even sure on how where the control.

Una estancia perfecta

Fuimos un grupo de cuatro amigas y su que solo estuvimos un día fue espectacular la casa. Tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar,es amplia con mxuhsiimas estancias amplias y super bien decorado y cuidado,juegos de mesa, café y té...diferentes toallas para casa uno... Un sitio diez, super céntrico y cerca de todo y de verdad con estilo,quedamos encantadas,lo recomendaremos siempre.

La única pega es que algunos de los picaportes de las habitaciones y del baño estaban estropeados y no funcionaba muy bien

Tolle Wohnung, miserable Gastgeberin, Null Service, aber geldgeil

Erster Eindruck: Helle, große, saubere Wohnung mit großer, z.T. überdachter Terrasse, also eigentlich: 5 Sterne *****

NUR: Die Vermieterin!!! Vor Reisebeginn habe ich per Email nach Wohnungszugangs– und WLAN– code gefragt: KEINE ANTWORT. Angeblich hat sie meine Mailadresse falsch eingetippt. Bei einer Antwort–Mail?!? Wir wurden nach unserer Ankunftszeit gefragt. Ich habe in der Antwort nochmals nach dem Zugangscode gefragt. KEINE ANTWORT! Am Samstagabend standen wir dann ohne Zugang vor der Wohnung. Also riefen wir die Vermieterin an. Nach 1 ½ Stunden bekamen wir endlich den Code. Für die Garage sollten wir die Fernbedienung drücken (nur: Es lagen zwei da – beide fettig–schmutzig) und schauen, wo ein Tor aufgeht. Zwei Tage nach Einzug erhielt ich die genaue Lage der TG – sogar mit Foto. Nur: Da stand mein Auto schon in der Garage. 1 Stern Abzug, – 1*. Dann der nächste Schreck: Die Wohnung im 1. Stock ist nur über eine steile, schmale (60cm) Treppe OHNE HANDLAUF zu erreichen. Dasselbe zu den SZ im 2. OG. Für Senioren fast tödlich! Noch dazu mit Koffer! Noch 1 Stern Abzug, – 1*. Bleiben 3 *** Dann will man irgendwann Emails checken, im Inet surfen … NUR: Das WLAN – Passwort haben wir immer noch nicht, Anfragen danach bleiben unbeantwortet. Neben dem (offenbar defekten) TV blinkt ein Kästchen (der Router?) orange. Defekt? Anfrage ohne verwertbare Antwort – im Gegenteil: Vorwurfsvoll wird gefragt, wieso wir den Routerdefekt nicht sofort gemeldet haben. Erst auf MASSIVE Anfrage hin erfahren wir, dass der Router in einer Schublade unter dem TV ist, und dass das WLAN – Passwort auf einem Aufkleber oben am TV ist. 6 Tage nach Einzug!!! –1 * (eher –2 **!) Bleiben 2 Sterne ** (eher nur 1 *). Zwei Tage vor Auszug entdeckt meine Tochter an dem Wandteppich in ihrem Zimmer Fraßspuren. Untersuchung auch der Rückseite: Kleidermotten!!! Um Himmelswillen! Koffer zu!! Hoffentlich haben wir keine Motten eingefangen!!! 2 Sterne Abzug!!!!! – 2 *. Bleiben 0 Sterne. 2500€ für 9 Tage kassieren, aber null Service (bzw. Antiservice) liefern. Bodenlos!

Aufenthalt konnte nicht angetreten werden mangels Reinigung. Keine Rückzahlung erfolgt!

Die Wohnung war nicht gereinigt, die Betten waren noch benutzt. Nach telefonischer Rücksprache mit der Eigentümerin, wurde uns um 17.30 Uhr vorgeschlagen, in 4 Stunden wiederzukommen. Offensichtlich sei die Reinigungskraft nicht da gewesen. Das schien uns zeitlich unzumutbar. Die Eigentümerin war telefonisch mit der Rückzahlung des Mietpreises einverstanden, und wir suchten eine andere Unterbringung. Bis heute (4 Wochen später) erfolgte weder eine Stellungnahme an Booking com noch auf private Mails. Auf die Rückzahlung warten wir bis heute! Sehr unzuverlässig!

Fijn verblijf op centrale locatie!

Veel ruimte, parkeerbox, leuke inrichting, veel boeken en dingen te zien, mooie badkamer. Fijne keuken, veel opbergruimte. Terras buiten was ook heerlijk

Erg licht in de slaapkamer door transparante gordijnen. Badkamer en wc waren niet afsluitbaar. Was flink zoeken naar prullenbak
